Clear acidity. Little sweetness.
Perhaps it was because I drank it after eating fruit, but I had the impression that the acidity was more pronounced.
I think it would go well with chilled chilled Chinese noodles or Yamagata's chilled meat soba noodles.

This is one of the limited edition of 1,100 bottles, which was brought to us in December of the year before last and aged for a year and a half in the refrigerator at home. The last time we aged it for a year, it had a strong hiney aroma and we felt it was a failure. At one and a half years, I didn't feel the twangy aroma at first, but as it got closer to room temperature, the twangy aroma started to appear. I think it would be better to let it age more.
