A brewery that specializes in aged sake serves sake made for aged sake as undiluted sake. It's been about two years since it was made, so maybe it's been sleeping in the shop? It doesn't have a nigori feeling at all. It has a certain aged feeling, but it's clearly different from the old one. It's not fruity, but it's sweet. It is not fruity but sweet. The sourness is strong and it is like a thick honey. It is sweet, but some people may feel the alcohol in the latter half is pungent.

The Year of the Rabbit will soon be over, so I decided to open the bottle. Time flies............................................. When the bottle is opened and poured, the aroma is full of bitterness like chocolate. The mouthfeel is surprisingly mellow and rough, and the taste is very chocolaty. The balance between sweet and astringent umami and mildness makes it seem that way, and it is a delicious taste that can only be described as chocolate ✨. It has a unique old sake taste, but I think it is one of the easiest to drink! And the aftertaste is also choco choco choco... 🍫. It was the first time for me to buy and drink it properly, but I guess it is delicious because it is from an old sake brewery! If I see it again, I'll buy it 😌.

Kawaii bottle of Dharma Aroma of rice with a strong sense of maturity, Smooth and The sweetness and umami of this sake are thick and smooth, like a plum wine, Even though it has a rich flavor, it is soft and easy to drink. It is soft, refreshing, and easy to drink. It is better to drink it chilled than on the rocks to savor the full flavor. ===Rice Ingredients:Rice(domestic),Rice malt(domestic) Rice used: Nipponbare Rice polishing ratio: 70%. I heard that there are people who open a 20 year old bottle when they turn 20 years old ❗Good culture ✨. It tastes like it's been aged and has a unique flavor 😉 but it's also very good and addictive 😋I think it goes better with fish than meat: 🐟️ Thanks Kino.

at Nihon Shu-tsubaki Daruma Masamune Aged Three Years and Half-boiled Egg in Oyster Sauce served as the second dish. Daruma Masamune is an aged sake with a slightly pale amber color. Aged sake is not for everyone. I think it is less peculiar than other aged sake. If you don't like Shaoxing wine, it may be difficult... Two kinds of sake, one at room temperature and the other heated. Both are as rich as the combination of chicken egg and fish roe, and the taste of the sake is as good as the combination of chicken egg and fish roe. The heated version has a sweeter, gentler flavor that I personally liked.

7/10 A three-year aged version of Daruma Masamune. An easy-drinking aged sake that has been assembled and adjusted. The drink is paired with ajiwama, which is a spice like five-spice powder from Taiwan. The image of this wine is that it is like Shaoxing wine. I felt that the sweetness of the wine was enhanced by such a combination. I had an image that aged sake is simply a combination of strong flavors, but I was surprised to find that there was more to it than that. It was an interesting pairing.

Aged three years. It is said to be used in ANA business class. My wife doesn't like it. My wife says it is like whiskey. It is an old sake on the menu of Oan. It has a strong oaky feeling.

I ordered a sweet treat at a restaurant that sells sake🍶. It was a cute "daifuku" (rice cake) with "Daruma Masamune Aged 3 Years" in it. ‼️ The Daifuku is filled with ice cream like "Yukimi-dakkukushi" 🍨‼️ And when I had it with an old sake that somehow looked like "Shaoxing sake", two words came to my mind: "‼️". Sake and sweets also go well together. (Personal opinion) I posted this because it is sake related.
