I had received a nice, affordable nodoguro and matched it with this dish. The taste of the nodoguro was very good, and combined with the refreshing acidity, it quickly became empty.

A famous liquor store in the neighborhood and TNU held a blind tasting and this sake came in first place. A clean ginjo aroma from the moment it is opened. Well-balanced sweetness and acidity. Even my daughter, who is not much of a drinker, was impressed.
