Adjusting the amount and spreading it in the mouth, it has a sweet fruity flavor.
It is neither too harsh nor too gentle.
It does not have a strong sake taste and is easy to drink.
At Yoshiike in Okachimachi.
I ordered it because it was the hottest topic of the day.
It is a special junmai, but it has a melon-like ginjo aroma.
The base flavor is aromatic and dry, but it also has a hint of sweetness.
It is a somewhat strange taste, a modern special junmai.
I paired it with grilled yellowtail kama (yellowtail kama with salt), but it would probably go better with a drier flavor.

We brewed this sake with the original full-bodied flavor of this rice, conveying our commitment to the raw materials. Please enjoy the taste of the fullness and elegance of the sake that is as good as the food it is served with.
I had my eye on this sake when I drank it at Ponshukan, Tatomo in Ojiya City, Niigata Prefecture.

It was gorgeous and juicy, but also refreshing.
