Off-line meeting to bring sakekowa Sakai in Kansai and afterwards (3)
We drank a little bit of "tayu" ordered by Mr. Yoohee!
I've had Iyano before, but this was my first time to try TAYU!
I thought it was not very spicy but had a strong umami flavor😊.
The second party was over!
It took us about an hour from Hou to Hyogo and we arrived around 9:30pm, so we gave up on the 3rd party 😇.
Thank you to everyone who joined us and to Yumisan who always organizes fun events 🙇.
Good evening, bouken!
As expected of a legend...even though you drank so much, your report is still quintessential until the end😇.
Thanks for the long hours 🙏.
Hello bouken😊.
Thanks for the second meeting 🙇.
I'm surprised by your review because I only remember beer and the drinks brought by good-san 🤣.
You guys are all strong👍I had just one beer 😅.
Good evening, Mr. Yasube.
Basically, I leave notes as much as possible while drinking 😅If I didn't have notes and pictures, I don't think some of them would even remember what they drank 🤣.
Maru, good evening 🌃
It's been quite a while, but thank you for the second meeting 🙇.
Maru-san looked totally fine, but you must have been in such a state 😇.
I got drunk as soon as I got home and had a hard time the next day😅.
The aroma is subdued. The mouthfeel is light, but soon one senses the pungency of the alcohol, the sweetness of the rice, and a tangy, gassy flavor. The aftertaste is relatively refreshing.
Alcohol level 16%.
Sake level: Slightly high
Acidity Low
Star ⭐️⭐️⭐️
TATOMO
Special Junmai Nama Zake
Only the middle portion of the pressing process, which is said to have a good balance of aroma and flavor, is bottled without heat sterilization, resulting in a fresh aroma and a cool, refreshing taste.

A limited edition sake with a summery label from Tatomo, Ojiya City, Niigata Prefecture, which was also drunk last year.
The rice flavor is rich and intense. The unique flavor of Koshitanrei sake rice can be felt on the palate. It is unique among Niigata's sake and will be a repeat purchase next year.
Matsuzakiya, the third cup.
Tatomo, special junmai nama sake,
I was curious about this label of TAYU, but this is the first time I've had it.
It is delicious, fresh, and powerful. Fresh and powerful.
A famous liquor store in the neighborhood and TNU held a blind tasting and this sake came in first place.
A clean ginjo aroma from the moment it is opened. Well-balanced sweetness and acidity. Even my daughter, who is not much of a drinker, was impressed.
