Autumn Dyed with Niigata Sake (5)
This autumn, we are holding a campaign on our own initiative to dye ourselves in Niigata sake.
5) Tatomo Junmai Ginjo
This is also a sake that we brought back with us at the Niigata Sake Festival held at Abeno Harukas with the Echigo Touji.
The rice used is Koshitanrei.
It is served cold.
The color is almost transparent.
The initial aroma is sweet, with notes of ripe apples and cotton candy.
It has a smooth mouthfeel. The juicy sweet and sour taste with a soft apple aroma is followed by the umami of the rice and a refreshing bitterness that gives the apple aroma and a firm finish.
The taste is mildly juicy and conveys the soft and clear feeling of melted snow.
I had tasted Tatomo in Niigata before and thought it was delicious, but it is still delicious.
I was talking with the salesman about how it would be nice if the brands of Takanoi and Tatyu, which are sold in supermarkets wrapped in newspaper, could be a little more unified.
It's the first day of winter, and the first wintry storm has blown in👺🌬️
Niigata Sake Fair is coming up soon!

Hi Hirupeco 😃.
Another atmospheric one 🤗The field is my friend! It looks delicious with an apple 🍎 feel 😚.
It looks like it's going to get warmer again 🤔 even though it's hard on the body, but we can enjoy both cold and warm sake depending on the weather 😋.

Good evening, Jay & Nobby. It's a shame that the label doesn't convey any kind of immeasurable goodness, even though the name Tatomo is so nice that the rice paddies are your friends. Even though it's delicious 😋.
