Fairly strong fizz and juicy, good balance between acidity and umami. Personally, I think it has a different image from the label (austere, so I thought it was classic, but it is modern. I think it's a little too austere, so I thought it would be classic, but it's modern. But it may be surprisingly rare. Good. 7.5 -> 8 for the change in taste after opening the bottle (the fizz settles down and it becomes richer).

Kadoya-san's Yumeshin Ori Mashimashi. A sake brewery well-known for their "Naraman" brand of sake.
After the creaminess and sweetness of ori comes the bitterness and astringency. I drank it on its own, but I thought it might be better as a food sake, so I drank it with salted fish and it went very well together.
