Kadoya Sake Brewery's Ori Mashimashi special order. Sweet and sour, but not sticky and dry. It's a refreshingly dry sake with a nice "shwashuwa" taste. It is so good that you can't help but drink too much of it.

While Naraman is fruity and gorgeous, this sake has a robust taste and a slightly unique aroma 🤔.
I don't mind it with a meal.
but with just this one, it's a bit hard to drink 😅.
Kadoya-san's Yumeshin Ori Mashimashi. A sake brewery well-known for their "Naraman" brand of sake.
After the creaminess and sweetness of ori comes the bitterness and astringency. I drank it on its own, but I thought it might be better as a food sake, so I drank it with salted fish and it went very well together.
Yumeshin Junmai Ginjo Nigori Nagori Ori Mashimashi
Yumeshin is a local brand of Naraman.
It is not widely distributed outside of the local area.
Get both Naraman and Yumeshin and compare them: ✌️

I am being selfish with the brewer and I am going to make it Masimashi 👍.
The sourness with bitterness stands out along with the sweetness.
This sourness is very characteristic and delicious 😋.
The top clear taste is very gassy and clear 😊.
When mixed with a lot of lees at the bottom of the bottle
Very creamy 😌.
The sweetness increases, but there is also a hint of acid bitterness.
It's assertive and sharp.

Sake with a strong sweetness
When you put it in your mouth, the apple aroma is quite strong and sweet.
Not so much sourness.
But when you swallow it, the bitterness is strong.
It is not so sweet that you need to have something to eat.
I got a bottle at Kadoya Sake Shop in the spring and it was so good that I bought another bottle and kept it in the refrigerator for about six months. It is still very shwashy, with a refreshing sourness at the beginning and a sweetness at the end. The other day at Kadoya, I also got a bottle of the "Ori Mashimashi" version, so I'm looking forward to that as well.
I've been drinking since yesterday, two bottles given to me by Uma Uma Uma at the Nagoya drinking party last week: ‼️

This one is the classic dry type.
It's a classic food sake - gone in 2 minutes 🤣.
Then Yumeshin ‼️
I don't know this brand 🤩It was hard on the day I opened the bottle, but today it rounded out and sweetness appeared 😋.
Okra was so delicious at Enya, a drinking party in Nagoya, that I made okra soup immediately 🤣.

Sake with acidity is sometimes too light and lackluster
but 😅 this sake has a strong flavor.
