When the sweetness disappears, the umami taste and even the bitterness that remains at the bottom at the end are melon-like.
It is not too sweet and easy to drink.
I have not had many Mimuro cedar, but this one was distinctive and delicious.
Dio Avita, which means "divine dwelling. The aroma is somewhere between lychee and muscat. It is characterized by a crisp acidity, which gives way to a slight astringency and a sharp finish. At 13% alcohol by volume, it has a strong presence.

The first aroma after opening the bottle is melon 🍈, a fresh aroma like muskmelon 🍈, and the fresh melon aroma spreads in the mouth, but it is not light and the taste is concentrated and fresh 🤩.
The lingering taste is lightly acidic and finishes with a sharp finish!
Dew leaves wind has a powerful acidity taste 😘This is delicious!
But... there was a noticeable change in taste on the second and third day 😥 This is a pity, and the spiciness that was not felt on the first day is gradually increasing, which is a negative evaluation: ⤵️
The taste on the first day is quite good!
