This is the one for tonight♪ Everyone loves the very popular "Mimuro Cedar". I bought it a few years ago and never had a chance to get it, but I finally got it! The aroma is mild but fresh, sweet and sour (*´-`)... I was enchanted by the sweetness and acidity that reminded me of white peach and strawberry (*´Д*). It is also very comfortable to drink (๑>◡<๑)Oh no, I can drink it as much as I want (lol). Yes, of course it is 5 stars.

Mimuro cedar Hana kyun The aroma is the same as usual, vinegar iso🥰. Not to mention the taste is beautifully sweet~! Much less gassy than last year? I have the impression that the gassiness is much less than last year, but thanks to that you can really feel the sweetness 😍. The aftertaste is typical of Omachi? It also has depth! I was able to buy it again this year! I want to drink more and more 🍶.

Mimuro-sugi is not my favorite type of sake, but I bought a packet of it. I thought it would be very shwashy, but it was only lightly shwashy when I opened the bottle. I thought so, but when I opened the bottle, it was just a light sizzle. But then the automatic stirring device was activated. But it did not overflow. When you pour it into a cup, it is very shwashy. The mouthfeel is moderate and pleasant. It has a smooth sweetness like apples and peaches, a little acidity, and an astringent aftertaste. The alcohol seems to be 13 degrees, or rather, it feels much lighter than 13 degrees. It is light, but it is not lacking. It is fresh, fresh anyway. It's not my favorite, as I like heavier wines, but this is delicious. 8.3

On my way to the hospital, I stopped by a major liquor store to see if they had anything for me. I stopped by a major liquor store I bought a bottle of Mimuro Cedar, which I hadn't seen in a while. I think this is the first time I've had it since it became a Bodhi yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast. Yamadanishiki produced in Nara prefecture, 13% alc. The sound when the bottle is opened is quite nice at mf. The top-tasting aroma is not flashy, but melon. There is also a slight twangy aroma. In the mouth, there is a strong sweetness and a deep acidity. And a little bit of chili. I don't feel the wood vat so much. Maybe the water is characteristic. It has a strong taste but the mouthfeel is clear. But there is a sense of transparency on the palate. And yet the sweetness lingers for a long time. I drank it smoothly because of the low alcohol content 😆.

🍶🍶🍶🍶🍶 I finally drank my first Mimuro Cedar today, a special day! I have a stuffy nose, but this is amazing! Not too bright, not too sweet, just the right amount of sourness and bitterness. The shuwa shuwa matches this just right! Anyway, it just keeps going!
