Mimuro cedar hiyaoroshi.
The moment you take a sip, the fruity sweetness heats up.
Even an amateur like me could tell that it tastes like a melon.
When the sweetness disappears, the umami taste and even the bitterness that remains at the bottom at the end are melon-like.
It is not too sweet and easy to drink.
I have not had many Mimuro cedar, but this one was distinctive and delicious.
