I wanted to drink it last year but couldn't afford it, so I wanted to try it this year. One day in September, before a one-day business trip, I saw it lined up in the morning at Tokyo Station Hasegawa, and decided to buy it on my way home, but when I dropped by in the evening, it was sold out 😣I wished I had bought it in the morning 😭I looked everywhere from there, but could not find it.
Well, as for the taste, it has an apple aroma with a fruity light touch. It is designed to be easy to drink without the hiyaoroshi feeling I know.
After the sweetness and umami, it finishes with a sharp and slightly bitter aftertaste. It was finished in no time at all. Mimuro cedar is good no matter what you drink😋.
Well, well, well, life goes on and on 🤣.
I can't stop drinking after coming home from work 😁.
So today I went to Mimurosugi for the first time in a while ✨.
It's delicious.
I like fruity drinks and this one hit the spot 🤗.
It soaks into my tired body.
I'm going to drink good sake and work hard tomorrow 💪.
The aroma is just like a muskmelon!
The first sip, the delicious rice flavor spreads out and it has a nice sharpness 😋.
I had another sake with my father tonight.
I'm glad you enjoyed it 😊.
Hi ma-ki-, good evening 😊Thank you for all your comments 🙇.
I can't see my next vacation for a while, but I'll do my best 💪 although I can't deny that I'm short on staff 😭.
But a nice cup of sake will soothe me and give me energy for tomorrow 😊😁😁.

Calm from start to finish. Elegant and fresh aroma.
The sweetness is moderate. It has a moderate umami and fresh acidity.

Alcohol content : 15
Provenance : Nara Prefecture, Imanishi Shuzo
Today we will have the very popular "Dio Abita" from Imanishi Shuzo's Mimuro Sugi and Romain series 🍶.
The name "Dio Abita" means "God resides" in Italian, referring to the fact that it is brewed with subterranean water from Mount Miwa, where the god of sake resides.
Elegant and fruity aroma, it is a melon in your mouth 🍈No, this is a melon for real ☺️ No, no, really (persistent)!
It has a slight effervescence, sweet and juicy, and low alcohol content that will make your sake go down like crazy ✨.
The aftertaste is very refreshing and easy to drink 😋.
I love it even if you're not used to drinking sake.
Oh...oh no, it's gone 💧.
Sour aroma.
It goes in smoothly, and the sourness and bitterness come together, followed by the bitterness.
I had heard that it was a popular brand on the Internet, so I thought it would be easy to understand and drink, but surprisingly it was not.
