( *´*)🍶🍶🍶🍶 It's not much near my house, but it's pouring ⛈️ on site ⛈️Kaga region seems to be in trouble 💦 is it abnormal weather 🤔. Not related, but I got my first Atago no Mats today 😀. The aroma is faintly apple🍎? In the mouth it has a good balance of umami, sourness and bitterness🤔I can feel a little bit of brew alcohol in the sourness🤔This is my first time drinking this sake and it's delicious 😊.

Subdued aroma with a hint of grapefruit. Mild mouthfeel with a slightly bitter acidity. It also reminds me of grapefruit. The second half is rounded out by the mildness of the oak, It fades away leaving a sense of freshness.

Refreshing, piquant fresh. Light citrus aroma, like the sweeties that were popular in the past. Excellent sharpness. The second half has a light bitterness like grapefruit peel.

The melon flavor is neither sweet nor spicy, with a beautiful melon aftertaste that passes through the nose, and as the temperature of the wine settles down, the melon becomes more pronounced in both aroma and taste. I've decided to start this year's new sake with you 👉 I wanted to drink it last year and it was sold out before I knew it 🍶. The aroma is apple 🍎. When you drink it, it's still chili apple. It's not a honey apple, but rather a soft sweetness that expands with sourness and umami. The end disappears cleanly and neatly. Delicious! While there is a fluffy sweetness from the lees, the slight citrus bitterness and clear mouthfeel make it go smoothly. The umami is well balanced and can be easily paired with anything.

Good evening, Kotaro-san 😃At Atago no Matsu, I have the image that they release new sake as soon as the summer is over. The speed always surprises me, they are the fastest new sake brewery 😆. I haven't been able to buy any yet this year, so I'm tempted to go look for some👍.

Today is our 22nd wedding anniversary 🎉🎉🎉. Tomorrow, our 23rd will begin 😁😁. So my wife and I are going out for a celebratory drink✨ I forgot to make a reservation for a luxurious meal and we went out for drinks 😅. We started with Atago's Matsuri 😄. Delicious fruity aroma and clear flavor 😊. It is a good sake as a food sake 😁.
