( *´*)🍶🍶🍶🍶 It's not much near my house, but it's pouring ⛈️ on site ⛈️Kaga region seems to be in trouble 💦 is it abnormal weather 🤔. Not related, but I got my first Atago no Mats today 😀. The aroma is faintly apple🍎? In the mouth it has a good balance of umami, sourness and bitterness🤔I can feel a little bit of brew alcohol in the sourness🤔This is my first time drinking this sake and it's delicious 😊.

Junmai Ginjo Rice polishing: 55 Alcohol: 15%. The concept is said to be the ultimate food sake. Refreshing, with just the right amount of acidity and sweetness, and a crisp, clean finish. It has a high degree of perfection, but it also complements food. It is a good sake!

The firefly squid is almost finished. So, I pulled out my favorite sake. Atago no Matsu Honjozo This is a really nice sake with a beautiful, unadorned mouthfeel and a great balance of umami. Not too light, not too heavy, and not too tiring to drink, this sake is just right for everyday drinking. Junmai Ginjo and Daiginjo are also delicious, but this deliciousness and drinkability can only be achieved with Honjozo. This sake is good to drink at room temperature with a cup of hot water, but it is also very drinkable chilled. The combination with firefly squid with vinegared miso is perfect!

Atago no Matsu, it has been a while. The other day I heard about the arrival of summer sake and jumped at the chance to buy some. It has a fruity ginjo aroma and a smooth, silky mouthfeel, but I think it is very well balanced, with a mellow umami and sweetness reminiscent of fruit trees, capped off by a soft acidity. The entrée was delicious and went well with slightly fatty meat dishes. Thank you for the meal.

Today, Atago no Matsumatsu Special Junmai from Shinzawa Brewery in Miyagi Prefecture: ❗️ The aroma is faintly sweet. A sip reveals a slight numbness on the tongue, followed by a weak bitterness, and a fruity aroma on the nose that also has a sharpness and disappears quickly❗️It is a great food sake❤️
