I buy Harukoi-san every year! My wife also enjoys drinking it, so it's a wonderful sake 🍶I'm a wife-beater 😏.
I actually buy it because I find the pink color erotic 😚 No, I buy it because it tastes good 😋.
However, I think I left it too long, it has a little too much acidity and the freshness and fizziness is gone 😲...my fault 😥.

It's summer and it's spring
at Hitomi Sake Shop
My wife came to Tokyo.
She came by car, but it was hard to drive, so I picked her up in Utsunomiya.
On the way home, I saw a familiar liquor store along the road, so I stopped by and saw Harukkosi, even though it was summer, so I took her back to Ichikawa!
I was surprised when I opened the bottle!
It turned out to be a very sharp sake, but..,
But after opening the bottle and letting it settle down, it became milder!
It was the answer to my feelings that I pushed away the collaboration of Senkou and Hououmida, and I pushed away Ippou's raw sake to bring it back home!
It's a good sake even in summer 🍶.
