( *´*)🍶🍶🍶🍶 It's not much near my house, but it's pouring ⛈️ on site ⛈️Kaga region seems to be in trouble 💦 is it abnormal weather 🤔. Not related, but I got my first Atago no Mats today 😀. The aroma is faintly apple🍎? In the mouth it has a good balance of umami, sourness and bitterness🤔I can feel a little bit of brew alcohol in the sourness🤔This is my first time drinking this sake and it's delicious 😊.

Since I saw the new rice and new sake at the liquor store, I had no choice but to bring it home! I had to bring it home! As soon as I got home, I opened the bottle. And tonight it was 🍢 oden. I am of the school of thought that oden cannot be a side dish. I'm happy for those who think it's perfect for tsumami. I'm sure there will be a lot of new sake on the way. I can only look forward to it. Atago no matsuri, with a less sweetness and a fresher taste, was very nice!

The ultimate food wine is exactly what it sounds like. It doesn't get in the way, yet it tastes solidly delicious. This is a great sake to have.

This is the fifth type of sake of the day. It is a honjozo, but this one has the sweetness of rice and this one is crisp! It is crisp and refreshing. It is a fun sake to drink.
