It has been a long time since Shida Izumi's last visit.
Recently, I found a Shidaizumi I had never seen before at a liquor store I often visit. I had no choice but to buy it. Dinner that evening was the first Akitagami fish of the year. I opened a bottle of Shidasen, which I had just bought, because it was the only sake I could drink.
The swordfish was delicious, and so was the Shidaizumi.

よく行く酒屋に正雪のひやおろしを買いにいったら今年は仕入れないとのこと。。。
かわりではないが、志太泉がこれでもかと並んでいる。オーソドックスな純吟からひやおろし、新酒かどうかわからないが生原もある。
店員に燗酒のお勧めを聞くと山田錦純米生原が良いとのことで購入。
飲むまでは、ひやおろしにしとけば良かったかなーなんて思っていたが、、凄い酒だった。甘さと旨味が抜群に良い。山田錦の
暴力だ。この酒を飲むと他の酒は飲めないと思う。無敵の燗酒。

The elegant sweetness of Shizuoka Ginjo and the rich flavor of Yamada Harazake are very, very good. As a strain, it is similar to Kaiun's unfiltered, unpasteurized sake.
Hiraccio, there are a lot of different Shizuoka sakes. To be honest, Shidaizumi was not on my radar.

This is the third time I checked with Sake-no-Wawa
Same dry taste, going back 3 years.
As it says "dry", it is still different from the two we had earlier!
We were going to have all 5 bottles that came in that day, so let's have a dry one here in the order we had them!
The grilled shellfish was also served, and all the dishes for this day's one-person drinking were ready!

It matched perfectly with the chicken skewers and yakisoba I bought as snacks, so that's the charm 😋.
