This is an ordinary sake and a draft sake made with Miyamanishiki, the first Miyamanishiki available in over 30 years! It has a gentle flavor typical of Shitaizumi and the freshness of Miyamanishiki. It is delicious and highly recommended for everyday drinking and as an in-between-dinner drink.

When I visited Fujieda City last weekend, I bought a bottle of Shitaizumi at Sake Brewery Ito.
The aroma is mildly fruity 😀The sweetness is typical of Yamadanishiki with a slight astringency😊It's a delicious sake with a well-balanced full-bodied and crisp taste 😚👍I felt it was like the royal road to a regular sake that can be enjoyed in all temperature ranges (๑̀ㅂ-́)و✧.

The aroma is nice, like melon...
It smells like something like Aizu sake.
The mouthfeel is very fresh and it's like a fresh raw sake. ❤️ I would recommend this to women.
It has a sweetness and umami like a melon.
It's so delicious 😋‼️
The aftertaste is also very nice and surprisingly good☝️
If you see it, buy it 😋.
I thought it would be good with sour food,
I tried making vinegared octopus and kimchi, and it was just perfect 💪.
