I got "Cedar Cider" which I have been interested in for a while... I was careful when I opened the bottle... but I succeeded without spilling it... Junmai brewed with Yamadanishiki❗️I was surprised by the bubbling when I opened the bottle! This is awesome! Not much aroma? I had a glass of this with some tuna kamatoro & tuna fillets....great with meat too! This is overpriced!

The kamatoro looks good, but the red meat is the best looking stuff I've ever had!

sato-san Good evening... An old man grates the loin for me at a shopping street in my neighborhood! I think it's a little thin...but it's a good thickness if it's not a side dish but a snack...and the kamatoro goes well with sake...yummy!
