The sake is junmai ginjo, dry with a nice aroma. The sake is the same as the junmai ginjo in a four-pack, so you can compare the sake and labels if you buy four different cups. The price is not that much different.

This is my second visit to Izakaya Yamabuki.
I was drinking shochu without snacks at my friend's house, so I came here to have some snacks.
I ordered "Nyankappu" which I was interested in!
But there were many kinds of shochu!
And this is the standard one, Junmai!
The aroma is not so strong.
It's like a normal sake.
The mouthfeel is very Japanese sake, with little hint of aroma.
I was curious to try it with "Meat Tofu".
Well, it's perfect!
I'm a person who doesn't like to have any snacks, so I thought it was important to drink it outside.

The owner of Katayama Sake Shop selected this sake for us.
While most of the sake from Shizuoka Prefecture is said to be dry and dry, the owner selected this fruity sake for us!
It is true that the fruity taste is apparent, but the aroma and umami spread are not quite there yet!
It may be the best balance when matched with food, but I would have liked a little more individuality.
