It was somewhat similar to Hana-no-Mai (flower dance), which is a taste of Shizuoka! I thought, "Is this what Shizuoka tastes like?
First, a sip of cold sake. The color is yellow, but there is no matured aroma. It is moderately sweet, refreshing and tasty! It is also delicious at room temperature!
When heated, it has a sweet aroma like maple syrup! It's a little spicy and robust, but still smooth and easy to drink. I like the taste a lot 👌I would like to try Junmai or Junmai heated up!
