I got "Cedar Cider" which I have been interested in for a while... I was careful when I opened the bottle... but I succeeded without spilling it... Junmai brewed with Yamadanishiki❗️I was surprised by the bubbling when I opened the bottle! This is awesome! Not much aroma? I had a glass of this with some tuna kamatoro & tuna fillets....great with meat too! This is overpriced!

I bought it at my usual Marunaka Ohashi Shoten on the recommendation of the young proprietress💕. 📌720ml ¥1,430 This is the third bottle of banquet👍 The aroma is very alcoholic. The color is cloudy. The sourness comes to the surface and the spiciness is felt as it goes down 💕My eldest and second son did not like it💕. Personally, I think it is easy to drink with little habit 😄👍👍

It has been a long time since Shida Izumi's last visit. Recently, I found a Shidaizumi I had never seen before at a liquor store I often visit. I had no choice but to buy it. Dinner that evening was the first Akitagami fish of the year. I opened a bottle of Shidasen, which I had just bought, because it was the only sake I could drink. The swordfish was delicious, and so was the Shidaizumi.

A cup of Fujieda's local sake, Shitaizumi. It was an easy-drinking cup with a good balance of subtle sweetness and ginjo aroma. 🙆‍♂️ The illustration of the cup sake is cute and looks good!

☀️ Despite the powerful lightning bolt ⚡️ on the label, it has a mild sweetness typical of Shizuoka 😊. Slight bitterness 😙 from the clean throat to the finish. Mmmm, this is sushi 🤔. I don't have sushi in this store though 😑. Oh well😅 I think there are many sakes from Shizuoka that go well with sushi 🤗.

よく行く酒屋に正雪のひやおろしを買いにいったら今年は仕入れないとのこと。。。 かわりではないが、志太泉がこれでもかと並んでいる。オーソドックスな純吟からひやおろし、新酒かどうかわからないが生原もある。 店員に燗酒のお勧めを聞くと山田錦純米生原が良いとのことで購入。 飲むまでは、ひやおろしにしとけば良かったかなーなんて思っていたが、、凄い酒だった。甘さと旨味が抜群に良い。山田錦の 暴力だ。この酒を飲むと他の酒は飲めないと思う。無敵の燗酒。

Great sake, violence of Yamadanishiki, unbeatable heated sake.... I'm curious. I also like Shizuoka sake, I also like Shizuoka sake, and Shidasen is a good Shizuoka ginjo-shu that is also delicious inside and out. And the heated sake is unbeatable.

The elegant sweetness of Shizuoka Ginjo and the rich flavor of Yamada Harazake are very, very good. As a strain, it is similar to Kaiun's unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. Hiraccio, there are a lot of different Shizuoka sakes. To be honest, Shidaizumi was not on my radar.

The third one Shidaizumi This is the third time I checked with Sake-no-Wawa Same dry taste, going back 3 years. As it says "dry", it is still different from the two we had earlier! We were going to have all 5 bottles that came in that day, so let's have a dry one here in the order we had them! The picture is a cute nyan-kappu! But it was not like the picture, it was light and dry 😆. It matched perfectly with the chicken skewers and yakisoba I bought as snacks, so that's the charm 😋.

Jiyugaoka 3) The third drink of the day was Shidaisen Junmai Ginjo Yaizu Yamadanishiki! This was my first drink 🎉. Clear and crisp! Not too sweet. Does it go well with food? It doesn't interfere with food. Of course, you can make a request at this restaurant, but the choice of alcohol is left up to the owner! Let's see what comes out 🤣.
