I was so happy when I found it because I was curious about it!
About the taste
-Clean and slightly dry
-At the beginning, there is a strong smell of alcohol, but it doesn't linger.
-It goes well with Japanese food such as grilled fish (maybe because it's from Yaizu?).

Generally speaking, hard water is best suited for sake, but Shidaizumi has created a supreme drop of sake with soft water, which is said to be difficult to make.
It had a wonderfully complex flavor.

Very rich and flavorful. If you think it is spicy, it has a sweetness that makes it easy to drink.
The ginjo aroma is subtle, and it goes well with strong snacks such as cheese and potato salad.
This sake seems to be brewed by a toji in Noto, and we would like to drink it to pray for the recovery of the Hokuriku region.

Gorgeous rice aroma. The fruity aroma combined with the slight effervescence of the raw sake gives it a wonderful mouthfeel.

This is the first bottle of a set of 12 that my daughter-in-law gave me for Father's Day 🍶.
I drank it with mackerel simmered in miso today and I think it's the best match 😄🍶.
The cup is also a nice touch, as Shizuoka Prefecture is known for its soccer 😄.
I'll be uploading the next 12 bottles as we go along ✨.
