Nemuro's regular sake, which I drank at an after-party at a standing bar in Shinbashi. Basically, it is a standard sake to be paired with rice in Hokkaido. After many months of being recommended to me, I finally decided to have this Nemuro Hanamaru. It is Hanamaru with Hokkaido seafood!

Today, after cheering for the "Yokohama Canon Eagles", a team from Kanagawa Prefecture, at the Chichibunomiya Rugby Ground with my fellow rugby lovers, we had a cheering party at a restaurant in the vicinity of Aoyama 1-chome.
The restaurant was "Sobaemon" which has ingredients and local sake from Hokkaido. I think I can enjoy Hokkaido's sake 😄.
First of all, we had a bottle of this sake, which is a honjozo sake. I guess it is a sharp and dry sake 😋.
