Hokkaido's gourmet foods such as lamb skewers, Hokke sashimi, pickled gyoja garlic in soy sauce, and grilled asparagus with butter were paired with sake from Hokkaido, such as Otokoyama and Kuniume, which were easy to drink and matched the food.
I don't know the brand, so this is just a reminder. Next time, I would like to taste it thoroughly.
By the way, the picture shows the attention to the glass, which was impressive. Harmonious water is important 🚰.
The local sake we received from the King of Noodle Sake, a Hokkaido janitor, is Kita no Katsu (Northern Katsu).
He sent me a small bottle of it along with the Fukunoshi that I reviewed the other day (a long time ago...💦)! 💦) and he sent it to me in a small bottle along with the Fuku no Tsukasa that I reviewed!
Thank you, Noodle-chan! 😂
From the name, I imagined it to be a robust man's sake, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that I was wrong!
Juicy and fruity, just the way I like it!
It was so easy to drink, a small bottle was not enough. I'd like to try it again 😋.
I would buy a bottle if I could find it, but I doubt I will. 🤔
Hi MAJ 😃
Thank you very much for your appreciation 😌.
This Shiboritate is very popular and rare, even locals line up on the day of release. There are only a few bottles available this year. If I can get some next year, I would like to send it to you.
Good evening, Mr. King of Noodle Wine! I'm so glad to see you here 😄
I didn't know it was that popular among the locals! 😳I can understand if it's that good with alu sauce 😋!

I got this one last time 🍶.
I can feel the sweetness...
I don't remember this taste 😅😅
Now let's move on to the dinner place...
Genghis Khan is waiting for us 😁.
Classical...it was not.
From the austere name, I drank it thinking it would taste old-fashioned, but it was surprisingly current.
It is easy to drink with a refreshing and gentle sweetness. Has it always tasted like this?
I received it as a souvenir from Hokkaido, and the design on the cup is cute, which explains why some people are addicted to cup sake.

I'm in Sapporo on a business trip.
I visited a restaurant with local members.
Let's have some local sake 🤗.
First of all, we had 🍶 from a sake brewery in Nemuro, Hokkaido, the easternmost part of Japan.
Sweet, rich, with a hint of spiciness 🤔.
This was my favorite 😋!
I was with a friend who had won a lottery to get a bottle of freshly squeezed Kitanokatsu.
It has a fruity aroma unique to freshly pressed sake, but it doesn't linger and doesn't interfere with food. It has a strong alcohol taste, but there is nothing unpleasant about it. This is delicious.
Even my friend who is not a regular sake drinker enjoyed it.
I came to Hokkaido!
Work starts tomorrow, so I spent all afternoon drinking and eating.
Nemuro Hanamaru -> Yotsuba parfait -> standing drink at Nemoto Sake Shop
Now I'm going to go to ramen again 💦.
The sushi is good! It was 3000 yen for this good quality stuff. Hokkaido is amazing👍!
The Kita no Katsu was a regular aluzoe, but I liked it because it was easy to drink ^ ^ It has a sharp taste and goes down your throat smoothly without getting stuck in your nose.
Now, what should I do with my souvenir sake?
Good evening, Mr. Takku0103 ^ ^
This sake brewery is located at the easternmost tip of Japan!
You can't find this sake in Shizuoka.
It was very easy to drink and delicious!
Good morning, ellie 😃.
It's great to be able to enjoy eating and drinking in Hokkaido 🤗Work in moderation 😅Please enjoy 👋
Fuji🗻 from the sky is beautiful too🥹.
Good evening Masaaki ^ ^
Natsume is close by, but my colleague wants to go to Genghis Khan today 🍖 after that we will go to the closing parfait. I eat too much........
Good evening Jay & Nobby ^ ^
This is a rare Fuji that is hard to capture 😄.
I really wanted to enjoy more sake, but I ate too much and had to curb my sake consumption!
Good evening, ellie! If Natsume is close by, Jingisukan is either Yozora or Daruma 😁? I recommend Nanakamado or Sato for the closing parfait, but you might have to wait in line even on weekdays 😅Good night in Sapporo 👍.
Good evening superbebe ^ ^
I am not good at air travel due to my fear of heights, so this is a shot of my colleague ^^;.
Well, I ate too much.... I am anxious about my physical examination next week😣.
Good evening Eirin-san ^ ^.
Fuji is beautiful this time of year with its snow-capped mountains 🤩.
Even though I'm half working, I'm happy to eat anything in Hokkaido 😋 Sake is good too! Both alsobe and dry were easy to drink!
Good evening Masaaki ^ ^
I went to MASAJIN for Genghis Khan and miL for the closing parfait. I made a reservation and everything was fine 🆗. I made a reservation and all was well 🆗. ❗️ The parfait culture in Hokkaido is really amazing~!
Pressed in limited quantities and released only in January each year, "Shiboritate" is a sake with only a small number of shipments. It has a rich ginjo aroma and fruity flavor.
It is only available in this same season. Goes well with firefly squid.

This is Kitanokatsu's highest grade daiginjo-shu, bottled in a limited quantity of only 2000 bottles. It has been bottled in the traditional onno-zakura (warmed in an oven for about a year or so), and has an elegant ginjo aroma and a sharp, clean, dry taste. The rice used is Hyogo Prefecture-produced Yamadanishiki polished to 40%, and its elegant ginjo aroma and clean taste make it a true Daiginjo-shu.
It's a gift.
There is a sense of alcohol in the mouth at the moment of drinking.
but the aftertaste is clean and refreshing.
I think it can be easily matched with various meals.
Noodle Sake King Distribution!
Thank you so much Noodles 😊.
It was unexpectedly fruity and delicious✨
Nemuro fearless.
For a combined review of Fukuji as well,
Borrowed kino.'s on the third page🤣.
The sake rice is Haenuki🌾 from Yamagata prefecture.

This is after the Tokyo Mahjong camp,
Menshuoh sent us a small bottle 😆.
Also known as Menshuoh's Shiboritate 🤣.
The aroma is citrusy and fruity✨.
Easy to drink with a slight sourness from the spread of sweetness 😋.
The photo of the bottle was borrowed from a post by Menjuoh!
The Fukuji sake I had with it was also quirky but easy to drink, and when half heated, it had a nice acidity and umami spread👍.
Thank you, Menshuoh 😊.
