Houou version of "Kita no Katsu" which I bought as a souvenir from East Hokkaido. The Akitobushi Ramen I bought at Cape Nosabu was about to expire, so I decided to enjoy it with the Nemuro set! When the bottle is opened and poured, it has a sugar cane-like aroma of brewer's alcohol. The palate is soft, but the well-balanced full-bodied flavor of sweet and spicy tannins spreads slowly like a ripple. The salty taste comes from the minerality. It reminds me of the sea scenery I saw at Cape Nosappu. It is perfect for a mid-meal snack and goes well with the light soy sauce ramen noodles made with Akitagashi-bushi! It also has a pleasant sharpness in the aftertaste, so you can't help but drink more and more 👍. It is a bottle that is sure to go well with warmed sake as well. I hope to enjoy it again someday with local fish in the east of Hokkaido!

Purchased at the Hokkaido Umaimono Kan. This one is named "Kita no Katsu" after the land of Hokkaido and the founder, Katsusaburo Usui🍶. It has almost no aroma, but when you drink it, it is a classic flavorful, mellow, strong, delicious, and well-balanced sake with a crisp, mid-palate finish 😊. It seems to go well with sashimi and other seafood!

I forgot to register. I checked on the web, and it seems that it is a sake with a limited number of shipments released in January every year. The description said, "It has a rich ginjo aroma and a fruity taste." The explanation was that it has a fruity flavor with a rich ginjo aroma, and it was just as fruity and delicious.

I thought I couldn't buy it in Kansai, but I was able to buy it at the antenna store in KITTE. It is dry but sweeter than expected and easy to drink. Goes well with tuna. 🐟️ It didn't go well with anything except tuna though 🤣. It has a deep nostalgic flavor that makes it a local's favorite evening drink. Seicomart seems to have small bottles and packaged sake, so I guess it really is a classic sake! It tastes better a week or more after opening.

Nemuro's regular sake, which I drank at an after-party at a standing bar in Shinbashi. Basically, it is a standard sake to be paired with rice in Hokkaido. After many months of being recommended to me, I finally decided to have this Nemuro Hanamaru. It is Hanamaru with Hokkaido seafood! -Ingredients: Domestic rice -Sake degree - +1.0 -Rice Polishing Ratio - 71 -Alcohol - 15.7

A few days ago, we held a drinking party with a senior couple, a junior couple, and us at work ✨🍻🎶. The senior wife has been with the company for 20 years and has been super beautiful since she first started working here 😍she's still as beautiful as ever 😳The junior wife is also young and spunky 🤤The junior wife is the sister of "Mai-chan" who sometimes appears in my posts! We seem to have a lot to talk about since we both work at the same place 🎵 We had a toast at the barbecue restaurant, but let's go with the Kita no Katsu 👍! It's a regular sake but still delicious 😋, a taste I'm familiar with 😊. The senior's wife is slender, but when I asked her if she was an E-cup when I started working here ⁉️, she complimented me saying "You remember me well 😲" 😏.

♪♪♪♪ Purchased at a local convenience store for a quick drink! It's "Kita no Katsu" which goes great with fish 😄. I'll just drink it as it is (I haven't had it in a few years). It's good! Delicious! Was it this easy to drink? Was it this easy to drink? It's aldolated, but it's really good! And it goes great with fish! ←This is the second time I've had it! Isn't this the best sake for the costumers? Yum! Delicious! ←I can't believe I didn't know that! The snacks are Teriyaki-glazed Soy (the name of the fish)! (the name of the fish) grilled with teriyaki sauce!
