Also known as Menshuoh's Shiboritate 🤣.
The aroma is citrusy and fruity✨.
Easy to drink with a slight sourness from the spread of sweetness 😋.

The Fukuji sake I had with it was also quirky but easy to drink, and when half heated, it had a nice acidity and umami spread👍.

Mentchan gave me Kita no Katsu and Fukuji 🙌 both of which are new to me 🥺.
He carried them around in his heavy suitcase, but unfortunately he couldn't drink them, so he sent them home later 😆Thanks ‼️ and I'm glad the sake is safe 🤣.
Is the aroma greeful? Lychee? It's a bit like lychee.
The mild rice sweetness starts with a mild mouthfeel. The slightly grape-like acidity is followed by a crisp bitterness that finishes with a crisp finish. It is delicious 🤤.
I think this is one of the most delicious one-cup room temperature brews, although the Fukuji is a bit watery 😌 I felt a slight sharpness and a bit of a peculiarity like I feel with the Sanzen Sakura, but it was also delicious 👍.

Fukuji has a slightly fruity aroma, if you drink it cold it's water💦I'd heat this up.
The taste opens up a lot when it's lukewarm.
It has a peculiar sharpness 😅It can be heated up, but the aftertaste is peculiar 🤣.

麺酒王I attended the Tokyo Mahjong Training Camp 🀄.
We arrived at Haneda Airport and Rigel picked us up ❗It was so hot in Tokyo ❗I went to ☀️ in my local clothes and was drenched in sweat💦.
Rigel-san took us to "Inamaya Ginza"! I was so impressed with the treasure trove of sake 😂I suddenly bought 6 bottles 🍶.
We moved to Shinjuku and had a kick-off meeting before the camp ❗Thank you, Yucachin-san, for organizing 🙏 We drank a lot ❗Then, we had a party at the end of the day ❗There was a lot of fun!
We drank a lot ❗Nochi-san's girlfriend joined us and she was totally fooled 🎵You two should really go out with each other 😉.
I got permission to drink the sake I brought and opened the bottle ❗Kitanokatsu Shiboritate! Only 13,000 bottles were produced this year 😓.
It's a heavy 18% alcohol by volume, but fruity and has a nice alky taste 👍Great work this year too 🎵

The Mahjong Club Training Camp in Tokyo.
On this day, "Welcome Mr. Noodle from the North", Yuka Chin Presents welcomed us at the Cost Sake Brewery in Shinjuku.
This is the Kita no Katsu, a souvenir from Noodle-san that we drank there. It is my first time to drink it 😋 I asked the manager to let me drink it at this place. Thank you~.
It was very fresh and easy to drink 😋.
We had a lot of drinking and talking at the party with Men-san, Yuka-chan, Nochi-san, Rigel-kun, myself, and a special guest, Asanami-sama, the Queen of Amida. The food was delicious.
We ordered so much that the waiter asked us to limit ourselves to one bottle each 😆.
We really drank a lot.
I fell asleep in the cab on the way home and the driver woke me up 😆.
As usual, I don't have any decent photos on my phone that I can share with the public, so I had to use Asanami's photos. I used Asanami's picture because I could see her tank top in it 😆.
