From the north, ordered. Seasonal flavor, strong taste, good when mixed with oli to give it a nice roundness. I think it goes well with Genghis Khan and other strong dishes. Delicious, highly recommended.
The 500 ci was my hometown sake "Kitanokatsu Shiboritate" 🍶, a popular sake that sells out immediately every year. bouken-san mentioned in his review that the brewery, Katsusaburo Usui Shoten, was incorporated last fall from a private store to a joint-stock company and welcomed Mr. Abe, the new Nanbu toji, as a new member of the company. I'm looking forward to seeing more ✨Now, the taste of the freshly pressed sake made by the new Touji 🧐I felt that the rice flavor with sweetness spread at first, followed by the spiciness, and the sharpness was good and well balanced 😋This sake is very good 😋☺️

I don't have much information, but it seems the rice is Haenuki.
It says it's made from fresh rice, so I'm guessing it's probably once-half-brewed.
Surprisingly fruity and slightly sweet. The second half is sharp and the aftertaste is short. Good balance of sweetness and sharpness.
It is a sake that is both fruity and classic.
It has a melon and grape-like taste, but also a little Japanese sweets-like sweetness.
It is better to drink it at room temperature than chilled.
I like it better when it's light for a few days to increase the sweetness 😍.
The more time it took, the better it got 😋.
The dorayaki with Betsukai butter and the Betsukai cheese were delicious 😋.
The cheese was so tasty and flavorful even when torn into small pieces!
