Weekend opening series! LOL 😆
Kijo-zake from our recommended brewery "Hiran" 🍶Reborn❗️
This is a Kijoshu that uses sake instead of brewing water in the last step of the 3-stage brewing process to prepare the sake.
The price is a little higher due to the time and effort involved... but the sweetness is much more ⤴️ enhanced, which is the standard for kijoshu❗️
But let's not get ahead of ourselves... when you open the bottle, you can smell the subtle aroma of fruit 😁.
Take a sip... and the sweetness and umami of the citrus 🍊 spreads in your mouth at that moment ✨.
The sweetness is so pronounced that you forget it's sake (kijoshu) 👌.
If you drink it blindfolded, there's a big chance you'll mistake it for a cocktail 😅.
No bitterness or dullness in the aftertaste, just a penetrating deliciousness.... This is one of my favorite Jiran, and if you find it, it's a "buy ❗️" 🥰.
ps. It's good before, after or just by itself...and most of all for those who love sweetness😍‼️
Day 2 👀👀...
...this is too good😍!
The flavor and sweetness is even better⤴️ and... if you start drinking it, it's the last thing you want to do✨
It's so soothing that if I could fly in the air in the flesh, I'd feel like this ⁉️.... Oh no... this is the healing water 😌.
Forgot the picture...
Day 2!
More acidic and lemony than yesterday!
It has a fullness like the Sentori series.
It would be nice if it had more piquancy, but it continues to be delicious as it was yesterday 👍.
Sake of the Day
Hiran Kagura
I think this sake is the most suitable for eating with food among all the sake of the "Hiran" series we have had so far!
Not too much piquancy, but enough to make you feel like you're eating.
Strong in flavor.
A little bit of alcohol
The sharpness fades away slowly and beautifully.
This is a great taste for those who love to drink.
The price is a little over 2000 yen...I really hope it doesn't spread 🤣.
Reborn is on repeat stock and we'll compare tomorrow 😆.
First time drinking kijoshu
I was surprised at how sweet it was when I drank it because it was made with sake without water.
It was sweet like champagne and easy to drink, but personally I thought it was too sweet.
That's my impression.
However, if sake is used instead of brewing water, the price is likely to be higher, but why is there not much difference?
I was wondering why the price is so high if they use sake instead of brewing water.
I bought a bottle of my favorite sake from Hirado, Nagasaki, Hiran! I bought a bottle of my favorite sake from Hirado, Nagasaki, and drank it every day 🍶I never get tired of drinking it after work (not just one glass) 🙏.
We are cheering for baseball every day. Today is the battle between the Bay and the Hawks. My partner will be at Hamasuta to watch the game, but I couldn't get a ticket so I'll be cheering from home 🥲...
Now, to pray for victory, we are going to have a kagura of Hiran. The aroma is the robust sweetness of rice.
When you taste it, it is sour on the tip of your tongue! and the sweetness slowly drops off. As the temperature rises, the sourness becomes milder, reminding us a little of honey plum. It is delicious enough to drink by itself. Today I will enjoy the sake at a slower pace 😊.
Push push push push Yokohama🔥.
