Alcohol content 14 Sake meter degree - Acidity Fat bottle opened 10/25, posted 11/6 I was able to get the "Ⅱ" following the "Ⅰ" because of the limited edition sake with undisclosed specs 😳. This time I tasted it thoroughly and after thinking about this and that, I read the QR code and answered the questions! The results are... The result was.... 100 out of 100 🎉. I'm getting my stupid tongue back! I would like to say that I got 100 points out of 100, but there are hints and choices, so if you can smell, taste, and feel the aftertaste, you will get points! There are 4 questions and each question has a different score. I will not write about the smell and taste, which are always mentioned here! It would be a spoiler for future drinkers 😁. I was surprised that they use this type of rice! It tasted different from "Nikkomaru" and other "Hiran"! Hiran is... Delicious!

Alcohol content 14 Sake meter degree - Acidity Fat bottle opened 9/21, posted 11/6 This is a limited edition sake with no other specs disclosed except for the alcohol content 😳 There is also a "Ⅱ" in addition to the "Ⅰ". The QR code on the back of the label allows you to read and answer questions to find out the answers... I heard that... Yes... I threw the bottle away before I saw it 😭! I threw the bottle away before I saw it 😭 After opening the bottle, you can smell the distinctive citrusy aroma of Hiran! In the mouth, the citrus taste is more subdued than the aroma, and the acidity spreads with a good sweetness and slight carbonation. Next, we have Jiran 😊. It has a sourness that is typical for a sake yeast yeast yeast yeast, so you can drink it crisply. ☝️ I like the aroma too... citrusy? It is easy to drink because of its low alcohol content 😁. It's a delicious drink 😊

As is typical of Tobiran, it has a clean dry taste. It has a slightly bitter aftertaste with a predominance of acidity. Perfect as a food sake. We hope it will be sold nationwide.

Sour aroma. It goes in easily, but has weight. The aftertaste is a little rough with sourness and sweetness. It has the umami of rice, but it is also rather sharp. This is my favorite type of rice-like wine. I may repeat it! What is that masking tape-like thing on the neck with the Braille-like print (actually bumpy) on it? It's cute as a pattern, but it also seems to mean something. PS: When I went to Isego to repeat the purchase, I found that they no longer carried the regular product, but only the slightly more expensive and premier one (4,000 yen for a 4-goupe bottle), so I bought another brand. I'm of the school of thought that I'd like to drink a variety of sake for around 2,000 yen for a four-pack.
