Souzake. The aroma is not strong, yet it spreads in the mouth! And yet, it has a sour but not bitter taste and has a flavor that is very much like a sake brewed with sake yeast.
Heaven is now on tap with a nice label 😃.
It has a refreshing mouthfeel with a nice acidity.
It's a little cloudy, but the taste is clean and dry, so it's easy to drink 😊.

Drinking at home
It's called Queen and it's classy💖. The gasiness 🫧 and the fruity feeling are of course good. The aroma of apples that spreads softly in the mouth is also good. It is sweeter than the normal Komaru😊. I'm afraid that the Hiran will eventually become hard to find.
Rumor has it it's Aquarius.
Certainly has a slightly carbonated Aquarius feel, not much of an aroma, easy to drink, but hard to get a sense of the sake flavor,

Punchy and spicy. I would say that it is easy to drink on the palate.
I was caught off guard, and the punch from the throat to the stomach is a body blow. (It really depends on the individual).
I want to drink it with salty snacks. (It is even better if you let your stomach get a little bit of it before that)
On Saturday the 24th, Mori Sake Brewery, which brews Hiran, opened their brewery!
We also stopped by Fukuda Sake Brewery on our way to the brewery, so this is the second week in a row that we've visited there 🤣.
It was raining heavily on the way there, but by the time we got there, it had started to drizzle. ☔️
The limited edition sake was sold out by mid-afternoon due to the large crowd!
I was able to buy the limited edition sake, so I'll open the bottle later!
I also bought a bottle of Aoten, which I liked last year, so I opened a bottle of that one!

Smooth mouthfeel and fresh acidity.
But compared to last year's sake, it has more of a "sake yeast yeast" feel to it. I wonder if it has increased.
I wonder if the volume increases as you drink more.

I had a second chance to try Aoten, a summer sake from Hiran, after last year 😍.
It was like a mature rummy 🤔 this year I'm not so sure.
The smell after opening the bottle is still refreshing! It has a freshness like green apple and still smells like a rummy!
In the mouth, there is a slight grapefruit and green apple-like sweetness in the rummy sensation, but this is only faintly perceptible, and it is still the clarity of rummy!
The aftertaste is crisp and clean with a slight bitterness (is this bitterness greeful?). It was a sharp taste that re-emerged as a summer sake 🤩.
I'd like to try the other Hiran 😘.

I had predicted Kamnyak, the 4th most popular horse, as my favorite, and after watching the paddock, I decided to go with him 👊 He won a close race 🥇 and was the first G1 horse in a long time to win 🙌Though not shown in the picture, he also won the trifecta 😘I won't reveal the amount so you can imagine 🤣.
