The first new sake from Hiran ✨.
We drank it at the store last year and enjoyed it so much we bought it this year!
I made oden late last night to enjoy this 😊.
Refreshingly fruity, light nigori, and delicious!
Gone in no time at all!
Although it was labeled as a kijoshu, the sweetness was moderate, and the slight effervescence was followed by just the right amount of sourness and bitterness to make it a delicious, easy-to-drink sake.
I thought it was a delicious, easy-to-drink sake with a fruity acidity and moderate sweetness, followed by a clear bitterness that was crisp and fresh. When lukewarm, the mild acidity turned it into a delicious sake with the sweetness of the rice standing out.
I thought it was a delicious sake, with a slight effervescence, light fruity taste, refreshing acidity, and delicious bitterness that made it crisp and easy to drink.
I thought it was a delicious sake with a slightly light nigari color, soft sweetness of rice followed by a refreshing fizziness, and just the right amount of bitterness at the end to make it quite tasty and easy to drink.
Well, well, well, well........ I was able to get the last one just in time 😁.
It smells gorgeous and has a nice aroma. Take a sip.
Hmmm... It is still good and fruity!
It has a good acidity, a good sharpness, and is a little bit light at 14 degrees, making it easy to drink. This is a definite repeat purchase 👍.
It's a little bit crispy, juicy, and a little bit shwitty. It was exquisitely delicious 😊.
It's already the beginning of the season and things are getting hectic again, but the cold weather has suddenly become even more severe.
Hello Swisssu 😃.
Congratulations on slipping into the last one ✨.
It's a little bit calm and light for a flying luan, but it's sweet and sour and juicy, and that's what makes it so good 😊.
Hiya.
No information about the sake rice or yeast has been disclosed here.
Well, all we know is that it is delicious.
It has a pleasant acidity with little unpleasant taste or attack. It is easy to drink. It has the same feeling as Shinmasa.
It's delicious.
Aroma is sweet, like nata de coco and rumney.
Taste is milky sweet like lactic acid.
It is sweet but sharp and wears off with a slight effervescence. Bitterness is weak. Sake feeling is also weak.
Very tasty 🫡.
