Eurasian nuthatch (Sitta europaea)
This is an export-oriented product of the Hiran x Sake Sto collaboration, and was my favorite of the 3 types of sake.
Derived from the old name "Hiran Island" in Hirado City, Nagasaki Prefecture.
The aroma is a combination of pear and grape.
When you put it in your mouth, you will feel a slight sizzle and an apple-like sweetness will be added.
Delicious.
A habitual but tasty sake.
The micro-foaming is also a bit strong, so be careful when uncorking.
The bitterness and lactobacillus taste are very much to my liking.
It goes very well with today's snacks, konnyaku with spicy sauce and grilled chicken with sansho (Japanese pepper) flavor.
Refreshing aroma and slight effervescence. Sourness.
The acidity is pleasant to the taste. I had the impression that the acidity would become a little stronger after the next day.
Since I was in Nagasaki, I decided to have a Nagasaki sake.
It is a refreshing and easy-to-drink sake that is excellent as a food sake!
It was delicious with everything from steamed scallion, Hiramasa sashimi, shrimp tempura, fried fish...you name it, it went well with it!
Fish is delicious in Nagasaki, and it makes the sake go down a treat!

I've been a fan of "Heaven🌌" since I had it for the first time last year... and it's been a year since I've had it again 🥰 since it's seasonal.
When I opened the bottle, the subtle lemon-like aroma made me grin 😍 lol.
The first sip from the bottle 🤤....
The second cup was stirred because there was a little bit of oli 🌾 precipitated 🤔.
There was no change in taste, but the balance of stable acidity and sharpness is as expected👍!
I vaguely remember that it also seems to be more white wine ❓🤔 than last year.
If I can drink this in heaven, I may not have any regrets in this life... 🤣 lol
But I haven't had enough to drink yet so it's too early to go to the other world😅.
Well, it has nothing to do with the taste, but the bottle is stylish even if you decorate it 😁.
I don't often have a chance to go to the brewery, but I hope to visit one day 🥰.
