The same mild but fruity aroma as on the top, the soft umami and sweetness of the rice spread out with a piquant, lactic acid-like acidity, leaving a lingering fruity aroma and sweetness, and a slight bitterness that quickly fades away.
Calm, fresh and well-balanced, it goes well with meals and is of course delicious on its own!

I happened to find it at a liquor store and bought it without a second thought.
The freshness of the unfiltered, unpasteurized sake, with a pleasant, messy feel, and the 14% alcohol content makes it easy to drink, and I can drink it incessantly.
I want to drink it again.
At a place to stay in Hirado. Good balance of sharpness and sweetness with a slight tanginess. Good sake with good cost performance. Hiran has become famous. I'm looking forward to it since we won one more bottle of Hiran!

I couldn't resist ordering a bottle of Nikomaru Queen from Hiran 😊.
My personal favorite brewery is Hiran, but I've been itching to try it 😅.
From the green apple and pineapple aroma, to the sweetness, acidity, and gassiness, everything is just right and you can drink as many glasses as you want 😊.
The Nikomaru rice used in the kakemai is edible rice that you can often find in supermarkets 🧐.
