I bought it because I was curious about the label, but when I opened the bottle, the aroma was very fruity, and when I drank it, I could taste a little gas and acidity, and it was delicious with a sharp finish.
It was very tasty.
Nagasaki's sake has a good image, and I found another delicious sake.
I went to CRAFT SAKE WEEK @ Roppongi Hills the other day!
On the second day, I had my second cup of "Hiran Seiten" 👀!
The moment it was poured, the sparkling transparency and fine bubbles rising from the glass excited me ✨ The moment you put it in your mouth, the light, shwashy feeling bursts out, and the refreshment spreads at once. The moment you take a sip, you will feel the light and refreshing feeling of the bubbles bursting forth! The taste is just as it should be 🍾.
As the name "Aoten" suggests, it has a lightness reminiscent of the clear sky and a refreshing aftertaste that makes you want to drink it at the beginning of summer. I thought that even those who tend to think of sake as "heavy" could casually enjoy this 😊.
The fun of CRAFT SAKE WEEK is being able to encounter brands that are usually hard to find. There are more to come today, so I look forward to the cups to come 🍶.
The characteristic acidity, like the taste of iron, is strong and passes through the nose. However, after about three sips, you get used to it and can drink it comfortably and lightly. It can be said to have the lactic acidity of a sake yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast. It has a beautiful sake quality, which is one of my favorites, but the acidity is strong and a bit characteristic. That is why it resets the palate even when served with a strong-flavored meal, and the taste of the sake is not overpowered by the meal. It is said to be Hiran's standard sake, but it has the taste of summer sake offered by various breweries.
Sake rice → Yamadanishiki and Nikkomaru produced in Nagasaki Prefecture
Polishing ratio→Koji rice: 20% Yamadanishiki, Kake rice: 80% Nikkomaru
Alcohol content→14 degrees Celsius
Toji→Yutaro Mori
The aroma is very subdued. But it smells like grain and overripe bananas.
The palate is thick and honey-like sweetness spreads,
A little sourness and bitterness spread in the latter half.
It is like Yonotori without the flavor of the wooden vat.
The sweetness is richer than that of Yonotori.
It is very tasty without any pinch.

Hiran, limited pressing HY2 direct pumping 🍶🍶🍶.
We got it at Heppoko's favorite izakaya 🤗🤗🤗🤗. I heard it's a very rare sake. (← I asked him to explain, but I don't know the details. (←I don't know the details. lol). I'm sorry for wasting the rare sake...even though they prepared it for Heppoko. 🙇♀️🙇♀️🙇♀️
The taste...of course it's delicious🐴. Steady flying lran: ☺️.
As usual, I can't explain the details. LOL.
All the Hiran are um🐴🐴🐴🐴 respectively, but is it just Heppoko that just being told it's a rare limited edition sake✨ makes it taste better than the others? LOL!
Good evening, Heppoko-san 🌇.
If I'm not mistaken, this was a limited edition sake from the Hiran brewery 🤔.
It's delicious with a good balance of sweet, tasty, acidic and gassy taste ☺️
Hi, Chirsta 🤗. Thank you for your comment 😊. Oh, by the way...the guy at the store said something like that 💡💡! After all, people who understand the value of limited edition sake should drink it 😭. Well...I'll drink it again. LOL!

Aroma: Lemon-like acidity
Fruity juicy taste with a hint of sourness.
Aftertaste slowly disappears due to the acidity.
The aftertaste slowly fades away due to the acidity.

Purchased at usual liquor store.
The one on the right in the photo is 弐, specs undisclosed.
The aroma is fresh and fruity, like green apple.
The taste is surprisingly more acidic than the first one. The impact of the taste in the mouth may be weak. The aftertaste is also sour, but there is almost no bitterness.
It also has a very different impression from the usual Faylan, so some people may regret buying it if they want to drink the usual Faylan....
Alcohol 14%.
Taste ★★★☆☆☆☆☆
Purchased at usual liquor store.
The one on the left in the photo is Ichi, specs undisclosed.
The aroma has a strong sourness like vinegar.
The taste is not as sour as the aroma. When you roll it around in your mouth, it tastes sweet and sour, but the aftertaste is bitter and not too strong carbonation.
The impression is quite different from the usual Faylan, so some people may regret if they buy it because they want to drink the usual Faylan...
Alcohol 14 degrees
Taste ★★★☆☆☆☆
I had a hard time deciding between the one and the two...I bought the one!
Last year I didn't go through with it because of the price, but this year I can afford it 😳.
...It has the freshness of the first day, but the umami doesn't spread as much as I expected, and it has a nice sharpness, but... it's not what I expected from Hiran😅.
If the umami spreads on the second day... it's not enough...
Maybe my expectations for Hiran are too high 🤣.
The most recent one was a limited nigori (nigori is a limited edition) and it was too good 😍.
