For the third year in a row, we had it at Fukurokuju!
We are very happy to have a regular orikarami!
I think Sairai is my first place in the Nigorinpik this season!
I'm sure we'll see more nigori and orikarami later on!

The initial aroma is sweet and refreshing, with a pear-like aroma.
In the mouth, the same fruity aroma and candy-like sweetness spreads. It is like biting into a sweet Japanese pear.
The aftertaste is slightly acidic and gradually sharp. It is sweet all the way through, but there is no sweetness that is left over like when you eat a pear. There is almost no unpleasant alcohol taste or other unpleasant flavors.
It's delicious. It's like a sweetened Sanchi.

This time it was the standard "Nikkomaru".
And I bought it in a bottle, which I don't often buy.
It's guaranteed to be delicious,

With high expectations, I opened the bottle!
The aroma is a fresh ginjo aroma like tropical fruits 🏝️ ✨.
There's a little bit of ori (ori) settled in the bottle, so I'll just sip the top clear liquid first 😋.
The pichi🫧jeweledness of nama-zake is subdued, but from the first sip it's balanced and delicious, like a micro-carbonated juice 🤩.
I think this is what it would taste like if you took the milk out of the fruit au lait and added carbonation 🤔.
I don't know...is this Fanta Fatty with a little less carbonation ❓ lol
Next, I stirred the second cup 🤤 and it tastes even better 👌👌.
More flavor and even better 👌👌.
It's refreshing, easy to drink, and has a nice sharpness to it, so you won't get bored even if you keep drinking it by itself 🥰.
I would like to drink it with dessert before or after dinner 👍

It's been a long time since I've had "Hiran".
It's extremely dry in a package that doesn't look like "Hiran".
But still, "Hiran" is still "Hiran",
We enjoyed it with cheap matsutake mushrooms and the taste of autumn.
It's delicious!

The density of the gas seems to be just before silky.
The aroma is sweet with a thin lactic acidity and a thin umami flavor. Pear
It is slightly thickened. The gas and sweetness give way to a thick, umami acidity and bitterness.
The bitterness slowly lingers in the mouth with a medium aftertaste and is pleasantly dry.
The tongue is rough and strong.
It reminded me of the nostalgic Lupis water from beginning to end!
