I was curious about this drink after seeing your post.
I was like, "Hmmm? What's that aroma?"
It reminded me of the Tensho sakel I drank before.
This one has a slight sour vinegar aroma.
When you put it in your mouth, the sourness spreads. I guess it is like lemon.
I had it with fried chicken. It was very delicious!
We just took a vacation to Nagasaki's Ioujima Island for a trip for two.
We had lunch in Nagasaki's Chinatown? Lunch at Chinatown, penguins, and hot spring ♨️ at a hotel in Ioujima.
Nagasaki sake comparison at the restaurant for dinner!
The last one was "Hiran"!
It said that this was distributed only in Nagasaki prefecture!
Rich sweetness and sourness with a little richness😍.
A little bitterness and spiciness in the second half.
The first sip felt very Tamagawa-like 🥰.
This is a sake that can be enjoyed on its own!
It was quite a lot of sake since it was all half a gouge 😁.
Hello TOMO ^_^
It's a backyard with a prefecture limited edition of Hiraman. ☺️
I'd love to drink it!
Penguins🐧 are so cute✨
I myself went to the aquarium a while ago and saw the penguins too and was healed ✌️
Good evening, Manta-san: 🌕️
When you go there, you want to drink the only local drink 😋.
The flavor of this one is totally different from the regular ones 😁.
Welcome to Nagasaki, TOMO🐧.
Hiran Classic's fire-brewed sake certainly has that image 💡.
The Nama Sake that comes out this season is a pichisuwa type with an increased lactic acidity and it's also delicious ✨.
Hi Yoohee 😃
I was surprised that it was different from the raw one I sometimes drink from Jiran, but it was delicious 🥰I wanted to buy this one to take home 😂.
3rd repeat 🔁.
Kijoshu...sake...what is it...one-of-a-kind taste 🎯.
I don't know which one this would be if it wasn't a stand alone rating 🤣.
Personally, I'll hold out for one cup today because the second day is even better with more flavor 😣.
The sweet smell of the wine makes me drink it and it's not as sweet as I imagined it would be.
The piquancy is still there and I can feel the alcohol, but it disappears without disturbing me when I swallow it 🫥.
Every time I think... what the heck is this?

This is another playful drink to drink and guess 🍶.
I won't mention this one because it would be a spoiler 😊.
Easy to drink and has a characteristic acidity.
My stupid tongue gave it an 80/100 😱.

A drink to be enjoyed by drinking and guessing 🍶.
Not mentioned because it would be a spoiler.
It was more lactobacillus-like than alpha and I preferred this one.
But I have a stupid tongue so it was a 60/100 😱.
I have seen the explanation below and it is correct.
With its rich umami, deep flavor, and long aftertaste, it is a complete flavor type of "Hiran" sake, and has an asparagus-like vegetable flavor. The second half ends very refreshingly, and we felt this was a "Hiran" sake unlike any other.
Delicious.
After all this time, the label looks like stained glass, a beautiful summer sake from Jiran 🍶.
Aroma is slightly sour? I don't think so.
It has a sweet, slightly carbonated taste with a slight sourness and a light bitterness that gives it a grapefruit 🍋🟩 feel.
The official description says it is like a sports drink, so you can gobble it up. It is light and refreshing like white malted rice!
After a few days, it mellows out, but it doesn't get much sweeter. It's more like a grapefruit with acidity and a bit of bitterness.
Although it has some flavor, it is quite light in the mouthfeel, so it was a perfect match when served with a light, acidic meal rather than as a greasiness cutter.
This is certainly a sake I would like to drink in the summer.
Hiran reborn Unfiltered Nama-shu
This is the first time to drink a kijoshu with a nama yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast.
Citrusy aroma.
A little sweet and sour for a kijoshu.
