I bought this at a sake store in Kogota, northern part of the prefecture, for my first taste of Nagasaki sake. When the bottle was opened, it made a light sound. The aroma of apple was strongly felt. I felt thick apple juice and sourness. Crab cream croquettes and fried sea squirt went well with the rich sake. I thought it did not go well with sashimi.
