Pon when opened
A little bit gaseous
Slightly yogurt-like top-end with a hint of plums.
The same gentle aroma as the first sip, soft rice flavor and sweetness spreads with a thick lactic acidity and a pichijuwatto, and it finishes with a slight bitterness.
The sweet and sour taste and gasiness make it easy to drink and gives the impression of wine in the latter half of the bottle, making it a great match with meals and also delicious on its own.
It is also delicious on its own. It went well with lebanila, Vietnamese salad with octopus and wakame seaweed, vinegared dishes, and stewed tsuwa from my wife's parents' house in Nagasaki.
My wife's parents came to our house to celebrate their child's entrance to preschool, so we opened this bottle that we had been saving 😊.
If you like "Hiran", this one was recommended to us by our favorite liquor store 🍶.
It started with a melon and apple flavor, then a hint of koji, a little acidity, and a hint of sweetness, and then a smooth finish with no bitterness or other unpleasant tastes 😋.
My wife's parents, who don't like sweet sake, said it was delicious and drank several more glasses of it in one night 😅.
The clerk at the liquor store explained to me that it represents the history of the Mori Sake Brewery, just like the word "milestone" means "guidepost", and he was right, Thank you very much for your kindness 😊.
Good evening, Chirsta!
Congratulations on your child's enrollment 🎉!
I'm sure you're a favorite liquor store! Your recommendations are spot on, as you know what they like 😋.
Your parents loved it and it was a great time for drinks on your celebration 😊.
Hi chika 😃.
Thank you very much 🙇♂️
The liquor store I bought it from didn't seem to have a lot of it in stock, it was sold out right after I bought it😅.
I realize now that it was such a rare bottle 🤔.
The first one in April is Hiran, which I haven't had in a year and a half. I can't remember what I thought of it before, but I'm pretty sure I liked it 😅I wanted to compare it to the hi-iri, but I chose the nama-shu again.
I can feel the alcohol a little bit stronger in the Hi-iri even after a few days, but it is easy to drink because it has a fruity aroma that is weak and gaseous but has a lot of sweetness and acidity 😄It becomes more balanced and more delicious as time goes by. ☺️The Nagasaki sake is also very good, Fukkai, Yokoyama and all others.
Hi there, studying!
Queen is delicious 😋.
I had it about 2 years ago, and I remember it getting better as the days went by 😋.
Fukkai, Yokoyama - I would love to drink it 😊.
A record of the first drink of the year, part 1.
I saw Hiran at the top of the menu and immediately decided to go for it. Bingo. Sweet and perfect before a meal.
90 cc at a time, chopped.
Sake I've always wanted to drink.
Very sweet aroma. Slight carbonation. It has a sweet and rich taste with a hint of moromi. It has a sweet and sour taste, but the aftertaste is sharp and delicious. Moromi is floating roughly.
