Good evening, Mr. Chirsta!
He's quite a guy 😁 His choices are never off the hook ❣️
I'll have to check out the Happy New Born sake recommended by Mr. Chesterty 📝✅.
Hiran 🍶 is also a no-brainer 💖.
9.3
The nose has a citrusy aroma with vivid acidity. In the back, there is the smell of alcohol with a sake-like flavor.
In the mouth, a blue-like sweetness spreads first. This is followed by an apple-like acidity and aroma that is not as pronounced as the aroma. The finish is nicely clean with a pleasant bitterness like grapefruit and a pleasant, mildly stimulating feeling of alcohol.
It's good, and I don't think I've tasted anything else like it.
However, I would like a little more sweetness.
The aroma is subdued.
Sweetness is only slightly sweet, and for a ✴✴, the flavor is less sweet and tasty, and the complexity of the flavor develops.
Preferred: ★★★★★★★ ☆☆☆☆☆☆
I opened a bottle of Hiran, which I had left a little bit!
Sad that you can't even buy it in the online store these days...
I like the feeling on the day of opening (I drink it with fish like sashimi), but after 2 days, I feel I can drink it with any kind of food.
This is a special bottle that is positioned as the pinnacle of the Hiraan range. 100% Yamada-Nishiki produced locally in Hirado is used and polished to 39%. It is brewed using the traditional sake yeast. How does it taste?
It has a clean and beautiful taste that is typical of highly polished sake. It has no peculiarities and has a nice aroma that anyone can enjoy. However, it also has a unique character that comes from the sake's nama yeast, and I sensed a creamy orangey citrus flavor.
Sometimes when I drink high-end sake, I notice a lot of things.
Good morning, Yutaka!
Congratulations on your 100 check-ins 🎉.
It's great when a milestone sake becomes your favorite sake 🤤!
Have a great sake life 🤗!
Yutaka, congratulations on your 100 check-in✅㊗️🥳
I'm jealous because I haven't been able to get it lately 😄.
