It is lightly cloudy, so when mixed with a little bitterness, a slight sweetness is added and it mellows out a little. The acidity is very nice on the tongue.

I can't stand the acidity of Heaven!
Rich taste with plenty of koji sweetness typical of kijoshu. Like plum wine or sherry, it is just right for drinking in small quantities. Is that why it is 500ml? It is so sweet and thick that it thickens, but it also has acidity, so the second half is sharp and the aftertaste is great.
It's been a long time since I've had a Hiran. Since it's the same Kyushu, it's easy to get and it's always good 😅 even though it's delicious.

Maybe it's because it's made from the traditional sake yeast, but the acidity seems to be thicker and it's very drinkable.

Sake rice is 80% Omachi. It is refreshing but easy to drink with sweetness and acidity.
