Challenge quota for Jiaran?
Unknown taste is controversial 🤔.
Unfortunately it wasn't my favorite 😅.
Lactic acid sour type is not my thing... 😅
Looking forward to next time ‼️

Next, we have Jiran 😊.
It has a sourness that is typical for a sake yeast yeast yeast yeast, so you can drink it crisply. ☝️
I like the aroma too... citrusy?
It is easy to drink because of its low alcohol content 😁.
It's a delicious drink 😊

This is a Nagasaki Prefecture limited distribution sake of Hiran.
It has a slightly alcoholic aroma.
As is typical of Tobiran, it has a clean dry taste. It has a slightly bitter aftertaste with a predominance of acidity. Perfect as a food sake.
We hope it will be sold nationwide.
Sour aroma.
It goes in easily, but has weight.
The aftertaste is a little rough with sourness and sweetness.
It has the umami of rice, but it is also rather sharp.
This is my favorite type of rice-like wine. I may repeat it!
What is that masking tape-like thing on the neck with the Braille-like print (actually bumpy) on it? It's cute as a pattern, but it also seems to mean something.
PS: When I went to Isego to repeat the purchase, I found that they no longer carried the regular product, but only the slightly more expensive and premier one (4,000 yen for a 4-goupe bottle), so I bought another brand. I'm of the school of thought that I'd like to drink a variety of sake for around 2,000 yen for a four-pack.

I won't write a detailed review because some people are challenging the same quiz as the first one, but I felt the impact of the flavor was stronger than the first one 🤔.
I felt the impact of the taste was stronger than the previous one 🤔!
The score of the quiz was... 10 😅.
I guess it's a sign that I need to study more 🤣.

Comparison left
We looked at the menu to see what we could compare today's drink, and to our surprise, there were two bottles of HATENA that we had missed 😍.
I had no choice but to order it.
I won't go into detail about the taste because I'm sure some of you will try to take the quiz using the QR code on the back of the bottle, but it was a sweet, tasty, acidic, and gassy experience, just like you would expect from Hiran 😊.
I didn't expect to get a score of 0 on the quiz 😅.
When I told the master about my score, he consoled me by saying that my love for Hiran is more important than the score 😂.
Purchased at usual liquor store.
My favorite, Hiran.
Unusually, it is a kijoshu.
The aroma is sour but also sweet.
The taste is almost acidic, but there is a strong sweetness and alcohol taste with a slight bitterness in the aftertaste.
Tasted with Queen Nina.
Delicious!
