Austere choice. Classically sharp. The refreshing mouthfeel is replaced by a tongue texture with a sense of body, and you can feel the concentrated rice like a cloudiness. Delicious. Sake party at Colonel Lal's house. Next was Tatsusen (^o^). When I visited a liquor store the other day, I was told that there was a rare sake available. This sake is a mixture of junmai sake and junmai ginjo ori. The aroma is of rice and sourness. The taste has a strong sweetness and umami. It also has a good amount of acidity. And the sharpness is good and clean. This delicious sake is perfect with grilled turban shells. It goes well with the bitterness of the liver.

Tatsusen's super dry and sharp! It's been a while since I've had a dry wine like the ones you can get at ‼️ 😅. I've been thinking that there are a lot of sakes that don't seem dry even if they are labeled as "dry" 💦. I've noticed that there are a lot of sakes that are labeled "dry" but don't seem dry to me 💦.
