Tatsusen is a first. The rice called "Kyo no Hana No.1" is also new to me. The name alone might make you think it is Kyoto rice😅. It seems to be a phantom rice revived by the Tatsusen brewery. The third shot was Tatsuzumi, Sashiu-san's gift sake. It's so bitter, isn't it? Tatsusen! It is said to be a special blend of Junmai-Nigori and Jungin-Nigori, so I imagined it to be cloudy and heavy, but contrary to its appearance, it is light and easy to drink with a light gasiness and sweet acidity from a clear dry base. This is also a horse! Thank you very much for the meal!
