Standing drink at a different restaurant.
Tatsumi label Black from Tatsumi Sake Brewery 🐲.
I blurred out the image, but please don't mind the lady in the back 😑.
The first aroma is slightly sweet.
The first aroma is slightly sweet, and in the mouth it has a mild full-bodied flavor with a hint of acidity.
The aftertaste is light and crisp.
It has a good balance of sweet and sour.
It was delicious 🍶✨️
The third picture is of the Tatsuizumi brewery in a residential area of Aizuwakamatsu.
It is located a couple of minutes away from Yamaguchi Gomei Kaisha.
The fourth picture is Uekiya Shoten, a famous liquor store along with Watanabe Sota Shoten, located in Sakae-machi, downtown Aizuwakamatsu.
Six sake breweries in downtown Aizuwakamatsu are located within a 1 km radius around Uekiya.
Good evening, Mr. Matsuchiyo♪
You are the Aizu Sake-no-wa Tourism Ambassador🍶🙇♂️
It's wonderful 🥹✨
I went to Sota Shoten today.
It's a point of interest, but they had No.6 S-type: ❣️
Good morning Mr. Muro 🌞.
You're a big tourist just for touring breweries and drinking sake 😂.
Sota-san, you sometimes post announcements on your instagram that you can buy with points, do you usually do it guerrilla style?
Or is it because you're a good customer? I'm not sure 🤭
Hi again here, Mr. Noodle King ☀☀☀☀☀!
I see you've been to Fukuoka 🥰.
I've been there for a long time, so I'd love to go back and enjoy the food stalls, Kyushu's sake, and the nightlife in Nakasu 😍.
Junmai Ginjo Nakadori Unfiltered Nama
Ordered this to go with bonito tataki.
It was dry but fresh and easy to drink.
It was easy to drink and we drank it quickly and easily.
It had sweetness and umami, just the way we like it 😊👍️
Junmai🍶Akiagari🍁.
Simple taste. Thin greffle with a dry aftertaste. Sweetness with menma (pickled bamboo shoots) as a snack. Finish with miso ramen (miso ramen).
Aizu/Kitakata Ramen Aizuna @ Jujo 20241027
The second glass was Tatsuzumi, another local sake from Aizu.
It is a typical Fukushima sake with a gentle and clean taste.
It doesn't feel too much like nigori sake 🤔.
It was delicious too 😊.
