The second restaurant of the second day of "Gurutonmi Chigasaki Motomachi 2025 Autumn" was "Ichirizuka" 😊.
It was almost 10 years ago... but at this restaurant, I was told about the "rock oysters" that are in season during the summer and had my first one 😋.
Tonight's gurunomi menu consisted of half a bottle of Tengumai (mellow), sashimi from the back and belly of wild yellowtail from Rausu, Hokkaido, and tempura of bigeye, eggplant, pumpkin, and pumpkin 🥰.
We left the snacks and had this additional sake 😋.
I think it is a slightly dry sake with a subtle ginjo aroma and a mild flavor on the palate with a crisp acidity.
