Kikuhime Nigori Sake, cold (Ishikawa)
The natural sweetness and umami of the moromi can be tasted, and the taste is soft and easy to drink.
with grated uzaku and luxurious chawanmushi (steamed egg custard)
After the sake competition (3)
I found Kikuhime Hiyayogoshi on a server at an antenna store in the three Hokuriku prefectures, so I decided to try it.
I was curious about this sake because it was a fast brewing sake, which is rare for Kikuhime, and it has a fresh quality with a short maturation period.
It was fresher and sweeter than I expected.
A little bitter and spicy in the second half.
Would I buy it? It tasted like it.
I prefer it to Kikuhime Arabashiri.
Rust [Poziya] (5)
[The only sake from outside of the prefecture that we drank at Pojiya.
One drink
Kikuhime Yamahai Mi
The aroma is a little bit twitchy, similar to a matured aroma, and the mouthfeel is firm and full with a sweet flavor, followed by a slightly matured aroma and a full-bodied, sweet finish.
Delicious on its own, but even better when combined with the sweetness of the fat.
Purchased at Sunmart, a well-known local sake store in Nagaoka City.
It is a limited edition sake released on October 1 (Sake Day!) every year as an exclusive product of the Kikuhimekai, an organization made up of sake retailers who have direct dealings with the brewer. It is a limited edition sake released on October 1 (Sake Day!) every year.
The beautiful golden color and candy-like aroma of Kikuhime itself.
When drinking it, the mouthfeel is a bit more refreshing and easier to drink than the Yamahai Junmai we had before.
However, the rich rice flavor and alcohol taste came after that, making me think that I am drinking Kikuhime now! It makes you think, "I am drinking Kikuhime right now!
I am not sure what kind of differentiation is used to release this limited edition sake, but there is no doubt that it is delicious.
I think there should be a bottle of Kikuhime in the family.
