Slightly sweet to umami
Moderate aftertaste with a bit of aliveness
After opening the bottle, the alu-ness settled down in a few days, so it's easier to drink.
so it's easier to drink.
The bottle was empty sooner than I expected.
I'd like to try Junmai Ginjo next 🤓.
It is said to be a limited edition for tasting events.
It is said to be slightly high in alcohol content because it is a pure sake, but it is so easy to drink that you don't feel it. The umami spreads from the center of the tongue to the source, and the light bitterness finishes it off.
Tefu" is a popular series.
This junmai-shu is made from 80% polished "Yume-no-Kou" rice, which is highly suited for sake brewing. Despite the low rice polishing, it is a dry sake with a rich and robust flavor.
It is easy to match with any dishes, making it a perfect mid-meal sake.
Tefu": "Tefu Tefu" → "butterfly" → "chou" (butterfly). In Aizu Tajima, where the brewery is located, the "Oomurasaki," the first candidate for the national butterfly, occurs and inhabits the area from June to July. The name "Butterfly" is a combination of the butterfly's elegance and the meaning of "limited time only. (From Okazaki Sake Brewery website)
It is a clear, dry sake with a slightly sweet aftertaste.
It is a versatile sake that can be served with both food and dessert. As one would expect from Kokugen, everything about it is delicious.
If you come to Aizu, please try it once.

The 100th sake to be checked is Kurotefu 🎉.
It has a slight sweetness and soft taste with a clean aftertaste. It is said that this sake is comparable to high quality sake of the sake competition class, but the price is reasonable!
Thank you, Kunigon-san!
Good morning, Yutaro ^ ^.
Congratulations on your 100 check-ins 🎉.
Reaching 👍 in the Tefu drinking competition!
I didn't know that the class of sake on display is available at a reasonable price, I'll buy it when I see it 😊.

The taste attracts the Omurasaki, which inhabits Okuaizu and is the origin of the name "Tefu".
Slightly sweet aroma. The more polished the rice is, the more delicate and luxurious the sake is. However, although it is 80% polished rice, it is very easy to drink and tastes very good!
The price of 1,200 yen for a four-pack is also surprising.
I got this sake at a small restaurant on a trip to Aizu. I liked it so much that I wanted to repeat the experience and looked for a liquor store in my hometown, but was unable to find one that carried Kunikon.
However, it was dark under the lamp. I found it at the end of the refrigerator at the liquor store I go to most often! I bought it immediately.
Tefu is soft, fruity, and has a very nice, soothing taste. I will repeat it again.
All you can drink for 30 minutes for 1,100 yen
I wanted to taste it! It's fun because you can drink
I had it cold.
Aroma Fruity
Taste Not fruit-like sweetness, but rice sweetness.
I like it. Thank you very much!
