The 0th meeting before the farewell party is a standing drink 🍺.
A person who worked with us for 5 years retired at the end of his term.
She was a wonderful person who was accurate, dependable, and caring, so we will miss her very much 🥲.
Before the first party, we had a 0th party with her and 4 other people.
After toasting with 🍺, sake 🍶 immediately followed.

Very refreshing dry sake!
Even though it is dry, it has a gentle flavor and is more like a sharp sake than a dry one!
It was a perfect match with the sashimi we ordered as our main dish.
It was a good sake to enjoy even on a hot day!
Good evening, TOMO 😃.
He must have been really valuable to be able to work and care so smoothly 🥲.
I'm sure she must have had a good time and good drinks at the farewell party ☺️
The aroma is mildly fruity.
In the mouth, sweetness and umami spread gently.
The aftertaste is refreshing with a crisp alcohol taste and moderate bitterness. It is a perfect match for any food.

The labels are superb.
The kanji "Kunigon" of Kunigon Shuzo has an unapproachable atmosphere. This is the first time I have tried Kunigon.
This one has a rice polishing ratio of 80, but it tastes good to me.
It is deliciously spicy and refreshing.
Excellent at this price.
Soft ginjo aroma, slightly sweet, firm flavor and lingering finish. The impression may be dry? It may be dry.
Sake from Fukushima is often sweet, so it may be surprisingly rare.
A sake to be drunk slowly and savored.
Delicious.
Kunigon was undrinkable, perhaps because it is always available.
From cold sake, close to room temperature. It has a rather sweet rummy aroma.
When you drink it, there is some minerality and green apple honey-like sweetness, but the fruitiness gradually recedes and becomes sugary, and the bitterness starts to kick in with the alcohol feeling.
It is a pure Dai, so there is not much expansion of umami, and it is more about sweetness and perfection.
The bitterness is less pronounced when cold, and it seems that it would be better to cool it down.
It is priced at just 2,000 yen without tax, but the level of perfection is quite high, which is a nod to the fact that it has the same level of specifications as the sake on display.
It is a cosy brand with some typical Fukushima sake characteristics.
