I got my long-cherished No. 6. The taste is very fruity and sweet, but somewhat refreshing. I served it with sake-steamed clams, which I have been into lately 🍶. I'm going to keep half of it and drink it tomorrow night to enjoy the change in flavor.

I have always been curious about Tenmei's Sarasara Junmai. The alcohol content is slightly low at 11.5 degrees, and the taste gently wraps around your tired body. It is quite refreshing on the palate, so it is a sake that goes very well with meat and potatoes and simmered dishes 🍶.

I bought it because I kept shopping at Izumiya and accumulated points. It took more than 10 minutes to open the bottle because of the huge amount of gas. The bottle was empty quickly, probably due to the low alcohol content.
