Meliosma rigida (species of flowering plant)
The name "YAMANOKOTOBUKI" comes from its location at the foot of the Mino Mountain Range and the subsoil water of the Chikugo River, which is blessed with abundant nature, water, and rice, making it ideal for sake brewing.
At a restaurant in Kamekuro Yokocho.
Three different kinds of drinks for 1,300 yen.
The labels are cute. I was very interested in this sake.
The aroma is slightly fruity.
Mild on the palate.
The inside is clear with a slight umami flavor.
The aftertaste is dry and acidic with a good sharpness.
It is easy to drink.
There is a store near my house that carries it, but I sometimes think that the management of the goods there is 🤔, so I bought it when another store started carrying it.
I like the freshness and gasiness, and the flavor has a little bit of a peculiar taste. The aftertaste feels clean, so I was able to drink it to the end. Thanks for the food😊.
The full aroma is well matched with a subtle acidity and umami.
It is a sake to be enjoyed with autumnal delicacies, with a sense of maturity of hiyaoroshi.
Accompanied by takoyaki octopus with parmesan cheese
It's been a long time since I've had a bottle of Yamazato Kotobuki.
I love this sake because it is a local sake (in the town next to my parents' house) 😏.
It's clear and dry!
It's fresh and melon? It is fresh and has no sweetness, so it is a melon 🤔.
It has a crisp aftertaste and is delicious!
It was purchased on a business trip to Okayama City. It was a jacket purchase. It was a collaboration with Nakai Tamaki. Unlike its image, it was dry and easy to drink.
It has a soft and crisp taste. It seems to go well with Japanese food, especially white meat fish sashimi.
I did not know that this brewery was damaged by a typhoon in the past.
The mouthfeel is fresh, sweet and sour, and the ginjo flavor is a bit strong...I feel a strong alcohol taste, but it is not an unpleasant aftertaste, and it goes down smoothly, so I think it is still easy to drink.
