I thought it would be too dry for a retarded drinker, but it wasn't that bad. It was sharp, clean and refreshing with some bitterness and spiciness, which I don't like, but it was drinkable.
Alcohol: 13%.
The tag "Bubble Foam Method" was attached to the bottle, so I mistakenly assumed it was a soursop💦.
It is said to be "Yamazato's original method to trap the bubbles created during the fermentation process inside the bottle"...
It wasn't bubbly, but it was sweet and delicious!
I kept it in the fridge for a while after I bought it.
I opened the bottle to drink it in the summer.
It has a nice, light bubbly taste. The low alcohol content makes it easy to drink.
It has just the right amount of sweetness and bitterness.
It is a very tasty sake that goes well with summer.
I forgot to take a back shot, so I'll do it again when I get a chance!
The aroma doesn't rise much.
Smooth, soft texture, delicious flavor.
Somewhat like coconut juice, light and juicy.
Clear mouthfeel.
It is comfortable and easy to drink.
Dry and crisp.
Taste level 3.5/5
At the Storehouse Town Gotoh in Hakata, Japan.
You can feel the texture of koji a little.
Sour and sharp.
The sourness comes through even when it is heated.
It is delicious.
Paired with a small pot of albacore.
Date of production: November 2024
We are going to open the bottle of "Yamazan no Kotobuki" which we brought with us after going to many liquor stores 💡.
I was calm when I opened the bottle and afterwards ❓😳😳.
Oh my 💦I thought it was a sparkling type 🤣I assumed max 😓.
I'll get myself together and start with the aroma...
Hmmm calm☺️
I'll have it right away 😋.
Oh, it's so refreshing 💡.
It's a low alcohol, gobby type 😋.
Oh no💦I'll make more empty bottles at this rate😅I'll have to calm down and take it...
I stored it in the fridge to enjoy it on the second day, but there was no change in taste and I drank it all at once and went straight to the empty bottle storage 😅.
Hi Baum 😃
The incident of assuming it was spark💥! It happened to us not too long ago 😅 like opening the bottle....ssn....⁉️
13 degrees of tooth relief and gobbling it up 😅.
Thank you for participating in the brewery opening 🙏1️⃣ 5️⃣
We decided to have something a little dry again around here, so we chose a Junmai Ginjo Dry by Yamabusyu 😀.
This flow of the wine makes it a nice accent and makes the sake go down even more 🤣.
The fourth picture is a picture of the Okaki (Japanese cracker) that was brought by someone, I forgot who it was 😀.
The pepper flavor goes well with sake, and I think I'm going to be addicted to it 😇.
I'm sorry that we didn't serve them to everyone and only enjoyed them at home even though we brought them with us. 🙇♀️
Good evening, Yasube!
The okaki is "Azekura" by Kyoto Daimaru Miyabido!
I gave it to you as a thank you for visiting and I hope you two enjoy it 😊.
I hope you both enjoy it 😊 I said "Sansho mashimashi" and they made it thicker! I'll make it thicker if you ask me 😁.
Good morning, Aladdin 😀
I knew it was you Aladdin😇.
I'm sorry I've been so busy picking you all up that I haven't been able to thank you properly: 🙇♀️
Kaorin is making a big deal about not being able to stop 😀.
