Ichinenfudo was a first for me!
It's a hiyaoroshi sake!

I got this at Natsume, a sake brewery in Okuhamanako, where I stopped by during my summer vacation trip.
I told the shopkeeper that I like sweet and sour type of sake (I've been into it recently), and he recommended this one to me!
It's a light nigori, refreshingly sweet and sour, and slightly effervescent, or rather beautifully effervescent: ❤️

I stopped by the "Japanese Sake Breweries Exhibition 2023" at JR Nagoya Takashimaya and tasted a few sakes from various breweries in a tiny tasting cup 😋.
I didn't make any notes, so my impression of the taste was normal, unimpressive, or unmemorable 😅🙏🙏.
I went there with a empty stomach, so I was drunk by the end 🥴.
After the tasting, I had a place to stop,
I didn't buy anything that day,
I will buy the sake that I tasted this time at the nearest liquor store later.
