Loot from the Takashimaya Sake Festival
Seems to be made at a different location than Houraisen.
All rice used for Ichinenfudo is Yumesansui.
When I tasted it, I thought it was sweeter, but it is a refreshing summer sake with a spiciness that is mainly dry with a hint of sweetness.
It tastes like melon when you roll it on your tongue.
Hmmm, is it tasting magic or temperature range 🤔?
