Aromas of pear, red apple and rice. In the mouth, it is refreshing, smooth, balanced between sweet and sour, with solid aroma and flavor. It can be enjoyed with meals or on its own. It is the best for drinking alone, after cooling or at room temperature. It is very comfortable to drink.
The 7th Takashimaya Sake Festival ①.
I always participate in events with Nemuchi, but it's been a long time since I've participated alone, so I was a bit nervous 😅
The venue was small and there were many people, so I thought I wanted to go home, but I found an empty booth and visited it!
I've had Houraisen before, but this was my first time to try Ichinenfudo.
The difference between Houraisen and Ichinenfudo is that they are made in different places and use different water.
I heard that Ichinenfudo has slightly harder water.
Ichinenfudo's rice is all Yumesansui grown by the company.
I drank
Ichinenfudo summer sake
A clear but low alcohol sake.
The slight sweetness gave a good impression.
Ichinenfudo Namaishige Junmai 75
The acidity was impressive and it was chilled, but I felt it would be better at room temperature or warmed up.
Ichinenfudo Junmai Daiginjyo Matured Genshu
Beautifully aged and tasty without any smell 😋.
I forgot to take a picture from the first shot😅
Houraisen Junmai Ginjo Wa Aged Nama Shu
I've had it in the past but I wanted to drink it last 😁.
It's more matured than Ichinenfudo's matured raw sake, but it's delicious with a strong umami flavor 😋.
Hi bouken 🐦.
It's refreshing to see that you and Nemuchi had different breweries for your first drink 😆 I was able to review the different locations and water 🙏.
You must have been nervous 🤣.
Good evening, Ponchan.
I hit the place when it was empty 🤣.
I asked him about the difference between Houraisen and Houraisen and he told me the location and the water is different 😁.
I was a bit nervous about entering a botch 🤣.
Osaka Takashimaya] The 7th Takashimaya Sake Festival⑬.
The booths of 【Houraisen】and 【Ichinenfudo】.
I asked them if they had any standard sake. I asked them if they had any standard sake, but they told me that they did not have any this time, so I tasted a sample of their draft sake.
The Ichinenfudo is available only for special dealers, but this time it was specially selected.
Ichinenfudo Summer Nama Sake
14% alcohol by volume. It is a refreshing and crisp sake with a hint of sweetness.
◉Houraisen Junmai Daiginjo Bi
A refreshingly light, sweet and delicious sake. It is smooth and a little dry.
Ichinenfudo Junmai 75
A beautifully acidic, low-polished, full-bodied, refreshing, slightly spicy aftertaste. Good warmed.
◉Ichinenfudo Junmai Daiginjo Yumesansui 45
A very crisp and refreshing sake with a strong umami flavor. The aftertaste is a bit spicy.
◉Houraisen Daiginjo Tomo
A very well rounded sake, with a strong umami taste.
The difference between the two brands is due to the difference in the breweries. The head office uses spring water, and since the water is different, the quality of the sake is also slightly different.
This time 5 kinds, 4 cups
This is my first time to drink Ichinen Fudo.
It has a nice aroma, sweet and sour, and is quite tasty!
Koyama-san had a 4-ounce bottle, so I got it!
Store Drinking.
It was an interesting label 🏷️ but the waitress was very careful to hold it for me so I couldn't take a bashful photo 😅💦.
The color is clear.
The aroma was not removed.
On the palate, it has a Junmai dry type of clean feeling 😄.
But then, a sweetness comes in after a while. Soft sweetness with a nutty 🥜 feeling. ☺️
There is also a hint of ginjo aroma.
Sake that is clean but also sweet 🍶.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 🪐.
When you drink out and with food, dry makes it taste even better 😋.
The label 🏷️ is missing, but the line was "You aim for the back!" I was. I can't stand it if you like the back 😆.
Japan Sake Brewery Exhibition 2024" in Aichi
We stopped by the exhibition at JR Nagoya Takashimaya and tasted a little bit of various sakes.

ALC16% 720㎖ 1,650 yen
This sake is a summer-only product. It has an alcohol content of 14 degrees. It has a sweet taste with a sour aftertaste. The women in our family did not like it because they thought it was like classical sake. 1,540 yen
All-you-can-drink sake at Ginjo Tuna🍶.
The fourth drink was Ichinenfudo. I had to drink sake a little at a time because it makes me drunk, but by this time I was enjoying the beer and food so much that my memory of the flavors was a little fuzzy. I forgot to take a picture of the label on the back.
