The 7th Takashimaya Sake Festival ①.
I always participate in events with Nemuchi, but it's been a long time since I've participated alone, so I was a bit nervous 😅
The venue was small and there were many people, so I thought I wanted to go home, but I found an empty booth and visited it!
I've had Houraisen before, but this was my first time to try Ichinenfudo.
The difference between Houraisen and Ichinenfudo is that they are made in different places and use different water.
I heard that Ichinenfudo has slightly harder water.
Ichinenfudo's rice is all Yumesansui grown by the company.
I drank
Ichinenfudo summer sake
A clear but low alcohol sake.
The slight sweetness gave a good impression.
Ichinenfudo Namaishige Junmai 75
The acidity was impressive and it was chilled, but I felt it would be better at room temperature or warmed up.
Ichinenfudo Junmai Daiginjyo Matured Genshu
Beautifully aged and tasty without any smell 😋.
I forgot to take a picture from the first shot😅
Houraisen Junmai Ginjo Wa Aged Nama Shu
I've had it in the past but I wanted to drink it last 😁.
It's more matured than Ichinenfudo's matured raw sake, but it's delicious with a strong umami flavor 😋.

Hi bouken 🐦.
It's refreshing to see that you and Nemuchi had different breweries for your first drink 😆 I was able to review the different locations and water 🙏.
You must have been nervous 🤣.

Good evening, Ponchan.
I hit the place when it was empty 🤣.
I asked him about the difference between Houraisen and Houraisen and he told me the location and the water is different 😁.
I was a bit nervous about entering a botch 🤣.
