Ichinenfudo Summer Nama Sake
14% alcohol by volume. It is a refreshing and crisp sake with a hint of sweetness.
◉Houraisen Junmai Daiginjo Bi
A refreshingly light, sweet and delicious sake. It is smooth and a little dry.
Ichinenfudo Junmai 75
A beautifully acidic, low-polished, full-bodied, refreshing, slightly spicy aftertaste. Good warmed.
◉Ichinenfudo Junmai Daiginjo Yumesansui 45
A very crisp and refreshing sake with a strong umami flavor. The aftertaste is a bit spicy.
◉Houraisen Daiginjo Tomo
A very well rounded sake, with a strong umami taste.
The difference between the two brands is due to the difference in the breweries. The head office uses spring water, and since the water is different, the quality of the sake is also slightly different.
