Didn’t expect i can drink this at a Beef Tongue restaurant in Sendai Station. 2200 JPY for 180Ml. Strong Melon Taste and Smell. Really Tasty.

Apple, Melon like taste. Round mouthfeel. Very low level of astringency. Easy Drinking. Good.

Strong Apple, Melon Smell. The taste is mainly Mineral like. There is some bitterness at the back. Quite strong in Alcohol. The texture is relatively thin but it is still smooth. It tastes better when served in 10 to 20 degrees.

Pineapple, Melon like smell. But the taste is not overly sweet. Nice texture. Feels very smooth. Detectable alcohol. Although i couldn’t finish this bottle tonight. But it is still a good sake.

Fruity Smell (Mainly Melon and Floral). I can get some Rice Bran, Mineral like taste. Good level of acidity. The mouthfeel is quite smooth. Quite good. But I couldn’t get the Dewasansan’s grassy character.

Carbonated mouthfeel with good level of fruity sweetness. A little bit of namahine can be detected. Feels quite fresh. Not bad.

White Flower like smell. Taste like Mascat flavoured candy. The mouthfeel is quite soft. Feels comfortable. Nice level of acidity. Easy drinking. I think it is a successful new product by the Aihara Shuzo.

Light Pink Colour. Smells and taste like Lychee. Feels Fresh and Juicy. Very Low Bitterness. It’s really Dangerous. Can finish this one really quick. Sadly it is now difficult to buy any products from this brewery….Usually sold out in a few minutes….

Smells mainly like Mascat, Yoghurt. Taste like white wine. Quite strong in acidity. It is similar to the YAMANOKOTOBUKI FREAKS 2, but this one don’t have the carbonated mouthfeel. But I’m sure most of the wine lover will still like this.

Floral with some steamed rice like smell. The taste is fruity. It’s sweet but not overly sweet. There is a little Bitterness at finish. Easy to Drink. High value for money. This should be a good one for my upcoming department lunch.

Smells like the Melon Flavoured Candy which i ate a lot when i was a child. Got the typical Zaku’s Melon taste. Round texture. Very Elegant. Will buy this again (if it is available) for my upcoming department gathering.
