Junmai Ginjoshu Hiyamoroshi ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Miyamanishiki 100%, AK-1 yeast, 50% polished rice, 16% ALC
The ginjo aroma is subdued. Slightly dry and sharp, but I felt a strange peculiarity in the aftertaste. Could it be due to the yeast rather than Miyamanishiki?
