Third drink of the day! Nabeshima is my favorite.
This is my first Junmai Ginjo Aizan.
If I may use someone else's comment, it has gasiness, sweetness, and an aftertaste of bitterness that is addictive (lol). So it was this "bitterness" that was bothering me about Nabeshima! It is indeed an addictive bitterness. It is a characteristic of Nabeshima. And it is still delicious.
