Drinking outside 🎵 We drank at Asano Sake Shop 😁. They usually don't sell sake but we were able to drink it inside the store only as a guest sake 😁. I drank so much I forgot what it tasted like 😭 It was delicious with a cloudy taste 😁.

Good evening, Ao-chan 😃. Abeno's Junmai Ginjo Silver Oragami looks delicious 🤤Abe hasn't had it for a long time 😌. I envy Asano's guest sake system in Kyoto and Sannomiya, Asano in Umeda doesn't have it 😌.

It's a drink outside 🎶. Every year I have not been able to drink the Risshun Asashibori because I was lost when I made reservations. I was able to drink it at Asano Sake Shop! It's a Harushika (a kind of deer) which is not sold in Kyoto. It's a quarter of a bottle, but it has a nice aroma and freshness! Delicious 😋.

Here is the last one. A person in Kansai said it was in the Hall of Fame, so I was curious and tried it. I am sure he will post his article soon using the pseudo-knee method. It is easy to drink and very tasty without any unpleasant parts. Sweetness and juicy flavor. The gentle, warm and enveloping feeling is like the knees of Kyoko Yoshine or Riho Yoshioka 😌. The best Daishichi I've ever had 😋. Daishichi is the best sake with a good sake yeast yeast yeast 😋. I might drink it at home again because it was too good 🤔 It was about 16:00 and we left the restaurant. We all walked back to Takimoto's 😊. I'm not good at getting up early so I was 😪 all the way on the train on the way back😇. I'm sure Umaisan and Rutemi-san can spare some time to get up early in the future 😅.

Good evening, Nemuchi. I thought of Mayu Tsuruta and Miho Kanno, but I felt a little older than them so I decided against it🤣I think it will be different when I drink at home🤔If I say knee, they will think I'm a pervert and if I'm bad, they might report me for a crime 😱.

Hi bouken😄 The anthropomorphic or pseudo-knee method is becoming more common 😁. I'm sure the breweries would be happy to have their sake made for sake connoisseurs properly understood ☺️ I'd like to be able to understand the quality of such sake too.

The drink that Umaisan was drinking. It is said to be dry, but it tastes sweet and delicious 😋. It tastes like muscat. I didn't know it was this good. I regret not drinking it before. It had a fizzy feeling, but I don't know if it is a draft or not. It says it needs to be refrigerated.

Next is a mid-pack of Jinriki x Ichi-go Yeast. It's R2BY, so it's aged. I felt this one was easier to drink than the other one, but maybe I'm mixing them up 🤔It's aged and should have a strong taste... I thought No. 8 should be sweeter and tastier... I'll have to buy this one and drink it at home to find out 🤣.

I was curious about the sake with the red label on the fridge and asked about it, and was told it was Okura's Shinriki No. 8 yeast. I had never had it before, so I asked for it. I drank Okura too 🤣. Since there was only a little left, they put in another bottle of Jinriki x No.1 yeast for the missing amount. We started with the No. 8 yeast. The aroma is very strong. It is rich and has a strong umami flavor. The acidity in the latter half is impressive. The sweetness is more reserved than expected. The label does not say, but according to the websites of Noboru Sake Shop and Yajima Sake Shop, it seems to be Yamahai 🤔. I was talking with Umaisan about how it was more like Yamahai than Yamahai No.1 yeast, even though it is not Yamahai 🤣. I wonder if Okura has Yamahai even though it doesn't say anything else about it?

The drink that Lutemi was drinking. Maybe this is the first time I've had a draft of Funaka Hachisaku? It is written as "super dry," but it has a refreshing acidity. It is not as spicy as I expected and easy to drink. I've had Funaka Hachisaku several times before, but none of them were as spicy as I thought they would be, and I got the impression that it was easy to drink. The sourness left a strong impression on me.

This one was not on the menu, but Asano-san ordered it from the sake in the fridge. Umaisan also ordered this sake 😊. I wonder if it is a kind of kijoshu using mizu-hashiroshi sake instead of brewing water. It is very rich and has a strong sweetness. Aroma like yogurt. It also has an apple-like flavor. Sweet and sour. It's a little more peculiar than I expected, so I'm glad I drank it outside. No, I might want to drink it at home again 🤔.

I was going to order the Senkou no Ei that Yasube posted the other day, but it was sold out😭. I ordered this one instead. I was curious about this sake that Aladdin-san was drinking. I'm just doing a quick review of the drink outside, so please see Aladdin's post for more details 😌. I forgot to take a picture of the back label😅 Aroma is typical of Bodhi yeast. Complex and a bit bitter. More peculiar than the Bodhi Hashiroshi sake we had at Shorekiji 😅. When I put some sake remover, it smells like cinnamon and I like it better than the first one. The sake remover is made by the Yamato distillery of Tachibana Gin. I think the spicy flavor increased when I put 2 drops of it. It is interesting that it tastes like Chinese or ethnic food. I wish they would sell only the sake remover by itself for twisted drinks and off-flavored drinks 🤔.

After toasting with a librom, I found Kan's photo of Kido Sparkling on the wall 😳. It said, "Please toast with a bottle of Kido Sparkling. So we decided to have another toast here 😁. The waiter opened it for us and it sounded great 🍾. Second Kan cup 🥂. Shwashy like champagne. Carbonated and well-balanced, like sweetness and dryness are opposites. It's also quite tart and delicious. I was afraid to open it so I didn't drink it at home, so I'm glad I did 😊. It was the perfect Japanese champagne for a toast 😋.

We took a bus to Kintetsu Nara Station, and Umaisan, Lutemi and I took the Kintetsu train to Kyoto. When we exited the ticket gate at Kyoto station, waiting for us there was.... It was Mr. Kan 😊. He didn't know I was coming and looked a little surprised 🤗 It was after 1pm. It was a little after 1pm and there was no place to drink at this time of night. In the end, we went to the stable Asano Sake Shop. On the way, we passed through Nishiki Market, but there were too many people and we couldn't move forward 🤣all the stores looked like they were for foreigners only 🙄. When I arrived and was looking at the menu and wondering what to do... I found a "rib l'homme" in the guest sake section! It seems to be imported from Sugidasake Mise nearby. There was also Sanzen Sakura and others. I'd like to visit this liquor store once 🤔. We all ordered a librom and had a Kan cup 🥂. Tastes like plum with sourness and sweetness. It's like a sweet and sour shuwa. The label on the back said it was a plum from Omuta city. Omuta is my father's hometown. So what's the point🙄. Maybe I'm being pulled in by the Bodhi yeast, but I'll continue to send you mainly sweet and sour sake after this 🥸.

A sales person was there during the Echigo-Tsurukame Fair, so I asked him about some questions and tried this one. I drank the same one as Ao 😁. The other bottles were available at most of the stores in the Kansai area, so I decided to try Koshigo-Tsurugame, which is only available in the Kansai area during the fair. The rice is Misato Nishiki. It is rare for a brewery outside of the prefecture to use it, isn't it? It is a medium-fermented, unfiltered, fire-aged sake. It is fresh and a little gassy. Fruity, rich sweetness and acidity. It was very tasty. I've been searching for EPISODE 2.4 and all I find are blue labels, what's the difference 🤔.
