［After leaving "Sake and Meal Nishiki Shokudo", I went to "Asano Sake Shop Kyoto" to purchase some sake that I really wanted when I went to Kyoto this time.
Before buying sake, I had to compare the sake I wanted to drink! So I decided to compare the regular "Harada" sake, which I hadn't had much of before.
First up was the Harada Special Junmai Yamadanishiki.
The aroma of clean rice, carbonation on the tip of the tongue, and a smooth, smooth taste that goes down the throat, followed by a sharp finish that leaves a sour aftertaste.
The acidity is stronger than I expected.
