The third cup was Haneya. It too was aromatic and refreshing. It has a sour taste and is delicious. It was like the oil from the kushikatsu was washed away! It also has a nice aftertaste. This is also my favorite type.

For my second glass, I ordered a glass of Suminoe, but they were out of it, so the manager recommended Kirakucho. The manager said he likes dry sake, so we went with the dry sake. I am not a fan of dry sake, but it is very drinkable even though it is a bit heavy. The aftertaste was very crisp and clean and quite tasty.

Three jijiis went to the Kyobashi branch at the end of the workday. The interior is bright and clean. The atmosphere is calm. It was bright and clean, as if it had been open for a short time. After toasting, we found a bottle of Yokoyama Goju and ordered it. It was fragrant and refreshing. It is also very sharp and tasty. I drank it in one gulp.

The first Jyushiro 2. It is richer than the Junmai Ginjo next door, and has more umami, acidity, and cleanness. I wonder if the difference is due to the fact that the junmai is unfiltered. I didn't taste either of them, but I wondered what the difference was. I haven't had a sip of either one, but I wondered what the difference was.

It had a clear flavor that seemed to go down smoothly, and it was a tasty, refreshing type of sake. I enjoyed it with a sense of "hmmm...hmmm...this is Jyushiyo-san.
