The first Jyushiro 2.
It is richer than the Junmai Ginjo next door, and has more umami, acidity, and cleanness. I wonder if the difference is due to the fact that the junmai is unfiltered.
I didn't taste either of them, but I wondered what the difference was. I haven't had a sip of either one, but I wondered what the difference was.
