Timeline

boukenThe picture looks like drinking outside, but I bought a bottle at the tasting and shared it with Nemuchi.
I gave the rest of the bottle to a guest who came to the event 😁.
The brewer at the event said that there are no distributors in Kansai, but this sake is only available at distributors.
It was written that it was limited to 240 bottles.
Slightly dry and refreshing, with a slight effervescence. It also has a slight minerality.
I had an impression that it was sweeter than the other ones I've had in the past, but this one wasn't sweet.... It's not spicy either.
It might be quite spicy when I drink it again 😅
It's hard to find a sake that gives you a different impression of taste every time you drink it🤔
I'm sorry Nemuchi for getting you involved by saying I wanted this... ねむちbouken, good evening 🌛I see you had a quick drink 😊I was glad to be able to share the One Drop One Thousand Mountains as it made a good impression at a previous event 👍I had a slightly different impression of it, but I thought it was a good one 😋. boukenHi Nemuchi!
I think it's better to drink it as soon as possible since it's already opened in the store 😁.
The image of drinking it at the event was too strong for me. I thought it was too much like what I drank at the event, but the drink itself was delicious 😋. boukenAmt tasting ⑬
This is also Amto's original sake.
It's interesting that it's a Yamahai Kijoshu.
It looks like it is aged for 5 years!
It is rich, mature, sweet and delicious.
I also drank some gin and spirits from HARUKO-UNYUYOU!
After this, Nemuchi and I walked to Keihan Department Store in Moriguchi to see the alcohol section...
When we changed to the JR line at Kyobashi, we realized that the alcohol we were supposed to have bought was missing.
I thought I might have just thought I had bought it, so I asked Neemuchi on LINE, and he said he had indeed bought it!
On the way to Moriguchi, I stopped at a convenience store to use the restroom, so I inquired about it, but I couldn't find it 😿.
It's also possible that I forgot it when I sat on the bench on the platform 😭. まつちよGood morning, bouken🌞.
I thought you didn't drink enough and ended up drinking on the train? 😸. boukenHello, Matsuchiyo-san.
I don't behave that badly 😤.
Ah, Sanzen Sakura 😭 ポンちゃんHi bouken 🐦.
I'm shocked at the three thousand cherry blossoms 😿I'm often in danger with my bag and handbag 💦I wish I had a backpack with a good body that is partly a cold bag or something 😅... boukenHi Pon, Hello ☀.
I had some sake in my shoulder bag, so if I had 💦 I wouldn't have lost it.
I think a backpack with a built-in cold bag would sell well if a sake brewery and a bag maker collaborated on it 😁. boukenAmt Tasting ⑫
Amto's original sake.
It has a dark color.
I thought it might be a bit strong, but it was not that strong.
The taste is complex and difficult to describe due to the fact that it is an assemblage 😅.
It says it's aged in noble rot wine barrels, but the sake itself seems to be made from noble rot wine. boukenAmt Tasting (11)
It is not sweet but refreshing and has a strong acidity.
When I drank Takayuu at the Japanese sake festival, it was not so good, but this one was delicious! boukenAmt tasting (10)
Mirin developed for drinking 😳
Mirin but it's a raw sake 😳
Mirin is unfiltered raw raw sake 😅.
It was made in 2018, so it's quite matured type.
It has a rich taste. It has a thick sweet taste like mitarashi dumplings.
It tastes better when heated 😋. ポンちゃんHello bouken 🐦!
Manrei, you make so many different kinds of mirin 😳 Raw sake mirin, eh 😳😳And it tastes good warmed up, doesn't it? I'm too curious 😆.
Mirinko is the only one I can relax with 🤣. boukenGood evening, Pon-chan.
Nemuchi-san reacted so much to this 🫶😁.
It was something like Tamagawa's Time Machine with thick honey 🤔.
It's a kinky drink but it's got a cute name 🤣. boukenAmt tasting (9)
Sake not on the tasting list from here
Mineral taste, or dry and not very Aizan-like?
The Aizan characters on the label were so well written that I couldn't read them at first😅.
There is a mysterious phrase "Kansai only", but it seems to be Amto's original!
It tasted better when heated 😋. boukenAmt tasting (8)
Rice is Gohyakumangoku/Yamadawara
Rice polishing ratio 70%, Sake degree -30, Acidity 1.7

I've had it in the past and it's delicious 😋, with a slight effervescence and a rich sweetness.
Silky, smooth and smooth. アラジンHello bouken 😃
This Tamasakura Tororo Nigori Sake was opened by Mr. Chuin this day, and he says it's "so good every year" ☺️
Silky, mellow, sweet and delicious nigori with a slight effervescence 🫧I just love it 😍. boukenHi Aladdin!
I have had it in the past and it was delicious with a rich sweetness, but it was freshly packed and still not very active, so this time I was able to fully enjoy the microbubbles 😋. boukenAmt tasting (7)
Kirakucho, a Kansai sake but not so much.
Seijo Ishii often carries it...
Rice is Nipponbare
Rice polishing ratio 65%, Sake degree -5, Acidity 1.8
Alcohol 17%.
When I drank it in the past, I felt it was sweet, but this time I felt it was bitter and less sweet! boukenAmt tasting (6)
Is this a fire-brewed version of the perverted sake 🫶 that Nemuchi-san bought for me earlier? I wonder if it is.
Rice is Hidahomare/Asahi no Yume
Polishing ratio 70%, Sake degree -8, Acidity 3.1
Alcohol 19.5%.
This sake seems to be a blend of 30BY and 1BY.
It has a strong taste. It has quite a lot of color.
Smells and tastes like Shaoxing wine 🫶.
I saw someone refilling this one several times 😁. boukenAmt tasting (5)
Rice is Miyamanishiki
Polishing ratio 65%, Sake degree +14, Acidity 1.6
Alcohol 16%.
I've seen this label in the past when drinking outside, but it looked too spicy so I passed it up😅.
Sharp and spicy. Very dry!
I've had Meikyojimizu in the past and it was dry too, but I wonder if Meikyojimizu is like that kind of sake? boukenAmt tasting (4)
Sea of turtles after a long time
Rice is Hitogokichi
Polishing ratio 59%, Sake degree -4, Acidity 1.4
Alcohol 16%.
Sweet and juicy, pineapple. A little bitterness.
Just like the impression I had in the past, Kame-no-Kai is still delicious 😋. boukenAmt tasting (3)
Rice is Miyamanishiki
Polishing ratio 55%, Sake degree +8, Acidity 2.4
Alcohol 15
Slightly sweet and muscat-like, but the overall impression is dry.
Hmmm, something about Honami just doesn't do it for me personally 🤔. boukenAmt tasting (2)
Looks like a winter-only sake.
Polishing ratio 50%, alcohol 16
Slight and gorgeous. Beautiful taste.
One of my favorite types of Kuroryu I have ever tasted.
I was wondering if I should buy it, but in the end I didn't buy this one😅. boukenAmt tasting (1)
I was invited by Nemuchi-san to a tasting event at Amto, a liquor store near Taishibashi Imaichi Station, and participated in the same event as last week 😁.
It was my first time to attend a tasting event, so I didn't know what to expect, but each person poured freely.
It's been a long time since I've had Kushira!
Rice is Yamadanishiki produced in Kushira
Polishing ratio 80%, Sake degree +8, Acidity 2.0
Alcohol 14%.
It is refreshing, neither sweet nor spicy, and dry.
A little smoky?
When I drank it again, I got the impression that it was spicy there.
boukenI can't believe I can't start the car on a night like this 🎵
This song is made to look like the car stalled, but the real meaning is definitely different 🤔.
There are only a few stores in Kansai where you can buy this sake. I often see Kuromatsu Senjo from the same brewery at Kobe Hankyu...
I bought it at Jizake Amto near Taishibashi Imaichi station.
I never had a chance to go there 😅I got the impression that it was a liquor store for restaurants. I got the impression that it is a liquor store for restaurants.
The third picture is the appearance of the liquor store where I bought the bottle.
The name of the store is different, but I guess it's the old name.
The main brands handled are
Senkori, Yamamoto, Kuroryu, Shinomine, Kozaemon, Seikagami, Sanzen Sakura, Fuku Chitose, Yuki no Bijin, Manrei, Tsushimaya, etc.
On a night like this... is this the only place in Kansai?
The taste of apple and melon with a sense of gaseousness. It is sweet, tasty, bitter, juicy, and delicious. ジャイヴGood morning, bouken!
I was looking for a place in Osaka where I can buy "Such a night..." which gives me the feeling of Imawano Kiyoshiro 😲.
I've been looking for a place to try it, I'll have to visit again 😁.
I didn't know they have "Fuku Chitose". boukenHi Gyve 😃
This sake didn't seem to have 4 bottles in stock last year, and the other brands are almost only available in one bottle 😅.
I'm curious about Fuku Chitose as I haven't had it yet 🤔. ひるぺこGood evening, bouken. I can't believe you are even traveling to Amt, Legend is different 😆 On a night like this...I'd like to have a drink. boukenHi Hirupeko 😃
I heard that they only made 20 stones for "On a night like this...", so I guess not many stores have it 😳. WOMboiuken. I agree. There was a song called "On a night like this," wasn't there? In any case, the breweries in Shinshu have a wide variety of delicious sake. I would like to try some of their sake. boukenHello WOM 😃
I looked it up, is it Matsuyama Chiharu?
There are many breweries, but you can't go wrong with sake from Shinshu 😋 Please try it if you see it 😊. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
