I was invited by Nemuchi-san to a tasting event at Amto, a liquor store near Taishibashi Imaichi Station, and participated in the same event as last week 😁.
It was my first time to attend a tasting event, so I didn't know what to expect, but each person poured freely.
It's been a long time since I've had Kushira!
Rice is Yamadanishiki produced in Kushira
Polishing ratio 80%, Sake degree +8, Acidity 2.0
Alcohol 14%.
It is refreshing, neither sweet nor spicy, and dry.
A little smoky?
When I drank it again, I got the impression that it was spicy there.
