It is said to be a raw sake version of Junmai Ginjo D, which won a trophy at the IWC 2025. Nagano omachi is rare. He said this one, like Fuyuki, can only be ordered if you go to the prestigious sake tasting in Tokyo. The aroma is mild. It is juicy and sweet, but not too sweet. The second half has a bitterness that made me think it was Miyamanishiki😅. The higher the temperature, the sweeter and more delicious it becomes. I've had a lot of Taisetsukei's raw sake with a strong gassy taste, but this one didn't have any gassy feeling, so it felt fresh to me.

I've seen Fukunotomo sake with an Akita dog label, but never this one. Fresh and slightly effervescent. A bit of tropical sweetness, but a bit bitter in the second half. I think they said you have to go to a tasting in Tokyo to order this sake 🤔. I think it's more bitter than when I just opened it...

Purchased at a liquor store in Rokko-do after Yoohee-san and Yatagarasu Fair When I hear the name Velvet, I am reminded of the theme song of Ikebukuro West Gate Park and SADS' Forgotten Sky from my generation😌. Slightly effervescent. It's firm, dark and sweet, but a little dry. It also has a unique taste of Kiho Tsuru like muscat. It is easy to drink low in alcohol, but not light and very drinkable. It is a Junmai Daiginjo in terms of specifications, but Kibotsuru's Jundai is made with a lot of polished rice.

Sweetness comes, but no aftertaste. Alcoholic but tasteless. This is from a line called Yamafuka, before the Un series, and was shipped 5 years ago. A friend of mine found this bottle in the refrigerator case at Koami-Naka and bought it for fun, saying it was old sake. It was just a hassle that had lost its taste and aroma. 720 mL

This is the first time I've ever had a big snowdrink at home. It is very gassy and piquant. It's sweet, juicy, and delicious. It's like the Ichihaku I drank the other day with a little more gas and a little more sweetness.

At the tasting. I got the impression that it was quite juicy and fruity. I didn't buy it because I bought Junmai Ginjo Nama at another shop, but this one might have been more suitable for me.

I heard it was fruity, but it's even more fruity than I imagined. However, I thought it might be a little peculiar in the middle. It's just like the liquor store says it is, a heavy type with a strong flavor.
