Yellow in color? A slight aroma of rice.
It has a dry attack and a lingering sweetness from the rice. It has a great umami taste. There are times when the dryness lingers after drinking.

Fukuoka, Duoraku Kuraku Kuraku Gen Old Sake 2014by. There's almost no old incense. There is a bit of sourness, though. Mellow flavor.
