After a drink at work, I got off at Akabane station on my way home and had a drink 🍺🍶. Originally, a senior local sake drinker in Niigata Prefecture spoke highly of Hanaizumi, and I respected it at a brewery I was interested in. The mellow flavor and richness of the sake settles down and soaks in. Check in at 2100 Ika Nameko (squid meatballs) Thick Stewed Mots

Thank you, Sashi 😊. I haven't had Loman in a while, but it is mellow and full-bodied. Just one cup 🍶 was enough to satisfy me👍.

Thank you, Pon 😊. I like "Hanaizumi" a lot because local drinkers in the countryside highly praise it and that's how I started. It has a calm and delicious flavor, and I would like to drink it at home.

Thank you Jay & Nobby 😊. It's a certain kind of drinking party, I have been to a few of those parties where there was no good sake available and all you could drink was beer 🍺 and highballs. I'm not sure if it's a good idea or not, but it's a pattern that I always want to have a glass of sake on the way home. 😅

Thank you Harry 😊. Congratulations on the conclusion of your pilgrimage. I did not go as far as the fire ruins. People were busy even on a weekday.

Thank you, Director T.KISO 😊. It is both very convenient and dangerous that there is a town called Akabane with many pubs on the way home. I sometimes end up getting off on the way.

Thank you very much, Matsuchiyo 😊. This is a fire-aged Junmai Ginjo from Romain here. It looked delicious even when heated👍. I like to slowly warm up junmai sake with plenty of rice flavor.

After work, the second drink in Akabane. The other night, it was crowded on a Friday night at a restaurant adjacent to Akabane station. Tonight it was relatively quiet and we sat at the counter in a relaxed atmosphere. The squid nameko (nameko mushroom) and the squid with kelp sauce, A dish like squid with kelp sauce. Sharaku Junmai sake is also good, Miyazumi is also good.

Third drink at Akabane. There was a Mimasu Sake Shop original of Gunma Izumi, and I had no hesitation in heating it up. I felt enough hints of umami and good acidity, but I would like to try it hotter at home and try different things. It was useful to know that this Gunma Izumi's Mimasu Sake Shop original sake exists. We finished the meal with a meaty black beef curry🍛 at Yoshinoya.

After work, have a drink. I got off at Akabane station and walked around a lot, but as a result, I went in to a restaurant adjacent to the station. I had seen it and knew it existed, but this was my first time to go in. When I went in, it was a Friday, but the place was thriving. ❗️ Just by looking at the menu, you can see that they are very particular about their food. And the sake is from Mimasu Sake Shop in Akabane. Asahi Ei in Tochigi City. The lady at the store poured it vigorously saying "It's a refreshing sake like the morning sun ❗️" and it overflowed a little. 😅 Refreshing taste ❗️ It feels cool and cool minty. It's LIVE and fun to enjoy an unfamiliar drink in a new pub.

Good morning, Mr. Hiraccio 😃. Izakaya 🏮 exploration! Nice 😊. Sake as refreshing as the morning sun! Asahi Ei‼️ this is a phrase that would work for a first drink in the morning in Akabane 😆.

Hiraccio, nice restaurant next to the station, but the closing curry 🍛 is indeed young😅! By the way, how was the site of the big fire in Akabane? I thought standing oden🍢 was dangerous.

Harry's was a surprisingly good place👍 I tend to eat when I'm hungry after a night out drinking, 😅. I didn't go to the street where the fire happened, but Maruken Suisan🍢 seems to be back in business.
