Yataro in Azamino with colleagues from work.
Four males. (Average age just under 60)
We drank Jikin for the first time in a while.
It comes up on the top of the list of sake wafers recommended to me. It is delicious just as it should be.
Pineapple aroma, naturally fruity.
But not sweet, but elegant?
It has sweetness, acidity, sharpness, and gasiness.
It goes well with sashimi. Delicious.
Beer -> Jikin -> Tasake -> Nabeshima -> Jikin.
Just the right amount of drunkenness 😁.

Hello ☺️
I went to Yataro the other day too. They have Jigen in the cellar but it's not on the sake menu, so I checked with the waiter and he said "hidden sake menu". It's not hidden,,,.
It's a nice place that pours it for you in equal measure 😆.

Good evening, Ane.
Jigin was delicious 😁.
Yataro's "Today's Limited Sake" was a menu only for Jikin using A41 sheets.
The food is getting less tasty than it used to be 😢.

Thank you for your comment, Manachie 🙇♂️.
I was impressed by the taste of Jikin after a long time. I then went on to Tasake, but Jikin was still delicious.

Thanks for your comment, Ponchan 🙇♂️.
I'm kind of unimpressed with Nabeshima.
But you all were delicious 😁.
